Claims (6)
- 엔진의 회전동력을 전달하며 내부에 그루우브가 형성되어 있는 하우징의 외주면에 클램핑 밴드를 이용하여 일단이 연결되고, 상기한 하우징의 내부에 설치되는 스파이더 어셈블리를 통하여 연결되는 샤프트의 외주면에 클램핑 밴드를 이용하여 일단이 연결되는 부트와,상기한 하우징과 부트의 사이에 설치되는 인서트를 포함하여 이루어지며,상기한 인서트는, 하우징의 외부에 축방향으로 형성되어 있는 홈과 결합되기 위한 제1 돌출부가 내부 통공의 내주면에 불연속적으로 형성되고, 상기한 하우징의 외주면 가장자리에 형성되는 안착홈과 결합되기 위한 제2 돌출부가 내부 통공의 내주면에 상기한 불연속적 제1 돌출부의 사이에 형성되고, 외주면에 누유 억제를 위한 제3 돌출부가 형성되고, 상기한 제1 돌출부의 안쪽면상에 누유 억제를 위한 제1 홈 및 제2 홈이 형성되고,상기한 부트는, 상기한 인서트의 제3 돌출부와 압착되기 위한 볼록부가 내주면에 형성되고, 상기한 클램핑 밴드와 접촉되는 부위가 쉽게 변형될 수 있도록 하여 상기한 클램핑 밴드와의 압착력을 높여주기 위한 홈이 외주면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 등속 조인트용 부트 장치.
