Claims (4)
- 제1유리기판과, 상기 제1유리기판상에 상호 소정거리 이격되도록 위치하는, 일측방향으로 긴 형태의 다수의 제1투명전극과, 상기 제1투명전극 상에 위치하는 산화티타늄층과; 상기 산화티타늄층 및 제1유리기판의 상부전면에 위치하는 고체전해질층과; 상기 고체전해질층을 사이에 두고, 상기 산화티타늄층과 대향하도록 위치하는 무기전기변색물질층과; 상기 무기전기변색물질층의 상부에 위치하는 제2투명전극과; 상기 제2투명전극 및 고체전해질층의 상부에 위치하는 제2유리기판으로 구성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기변색물질을 이용한 스마트 윈도우.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제1투명전극, 산화티타눔층, 무기전기변색물질층 및 제2투명전극은 스마트 윈도우에 대하여 상호 소정거리 이격되는 복수의 패턴이, 수직 또는 수평방향으로 길게 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기변색물질을 이용한 스마트 윈도우.
- 제1유리기판의 상부에 상호 이격되는 다수의 제1투명전극과 산화티타늄층을 형성하는 단계와; 제2유리기판의 상부에 상기 제1투명전극 및 산화티타늄층에 대향하는 제2투명전극과 무기전기변색물질층을 형성하는 단계와; 상기 제1유리기판과 제2유리기판을 그 산화티타늄층과 무기전기변색물질층이 대향하도록 하고, 그 사이에 고체전해질을 주입하고, 합착하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기변 색물질을 이용한 스마트 윈도우 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 고체전해질을 주입하고 합착하는 단계는 상기 제1유리기판과 제2유리기판의 가장자리에 자외선 수지를 도포하여 합착하는 단계와; 상기 제1유리기판과 제2유리기판의 사이영역에 고체전해질을 주입하는 단계와; 상기 고체전해질이 주입되는 주입구를 봉지하고, 자외선 조사를 통해 경화시켜 합착하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기변색물질을 이용한 스마트 윈도우 제조방법.
