Claims (5)
- 분자 양 말단에 반응기를 가진 유기액정단위분자(-O-R-CO- 또는 -NH-R-CO-같은 구조를 함유하는 액정분자로서 여기서 R은 적어도 페닐이나 나프틸 또는 퀴논같은 방향족 고리를 하나이상함유하는 메조겐 유닛)를, 상기 유기액정단위분자의 반응기와 반응할 수 있는 반응기를 사슬 내에 또는 사슬끝에 가지는 폴리아미드나 폴리에스터와 같은 축합중합체에 반응기간에 같은 당량비를 갖도록 또는 반응기들의 비가 약 0.9~1.1 정도 되도록 섞은 후, 이를 압출혼련기 내에서 혼합하면서 동시에 반응시켜 상기 유기액정단위분자 양쪽에 고분자의 반응그룹이 반응하여 결합됨으로써 축합중합체의 분자량을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 축합중합체의 분자량 증가방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 유기액정단위분자 양말단의 반응기가a) 옥시그룹 또는 카르복실 그룹을 함유하는 방향족 단위 ;b) 양쪽에 옥시그룹으로 이루어진 방향족 단위 ;c) 양말단이 카르복실기로 되어 있는 방향족 단위 ;d)한쪽이 아민그룹으로 되고 다른쪽 말단이 카르복실그룹 또는 옥시그룹으로 되어 있는 방향족 단위 ; 또는e)양 말단이 에폭시, 아세틸렌, 에틸렌, 말레익안하이드라이드, 카르복실 그룹, 아이소시아닐그룹 또는 카보닐클로라이드그룹으로 되어 있는 단위중에서 선택되는 반응기인 것을 특징으로 하는 축합중합체의 분자량 증가방법.
