Abstract
Description
비스페놀(Bisphenol S: BS) 1 mol, p-포름알데히드 4.4 mol 및 1-(3-아미노프로필)이미다졸{1-(3-Aminopropyl)imidazole} 2.2 mol을 혼합하고, 이를 110℃에서 1시간 동안 용매 없이 멜트(melt) 상태에서 교반하여 조생성물(crude product)을 얻었다.
상기 조생성물을 1N NaOH 수용액에 2회, 증류수에 1회 세척하는 과정을 순차적으로 실시한 후, 이를 황산마그네슘을 이용하여 건조하였다. 이어서, 상기 결과물을 여과하고 나서 용매를 제거하고 진공건조하여 화학식 5의 벤조옥사진계 모노머를 98%의 수율로 수득하였다.
Claims (10)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 벤조옥사진계 모노머와 가교성 화합물의 중합 결과물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리벤조옥사진계 화합물의 가교체:[화학식 1]상기식중, R1은 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20 알킬렌기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C20 아릴렌기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로아릴렌기, -C(=O)-, -SO2-로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며,R2는 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 알케닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 알키닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C20 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C7-C20 아릴알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로아릴알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C4-C20 탄소고리기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C4-C20 탄소고리알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로고리기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로고리알킬기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교성 화합물이 폴리벤즈이미다졸, 폴리벤즈티아졸, 폴리벤조옥사졸로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리벤조옥사진계 화합물의 가교체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교성 화합물의 함량이벤조옥사진계 모노머 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 10 내지 90 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리벤조옥사진계 화합물의 가교체.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항의 폴리벤조옥사진계 화합물의 가교체를 포함하는 전해질막.
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 벤조옥사진계 모노머와 가교성 화합물을 혼합하는 단계; 및상기 혼합된 결과물을 경화하고, 이를 산에 함침하여 전해질막을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하여 7항의 전해질막을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질막 제조방법.[화학식 1]상기식중, R1은 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20 알킬렌기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C20 아릴렌기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로아릴렌기, -C(=O)-, -SO2-로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며,R2는 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 알케닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 알키닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C20 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C7-C20 아릴알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로아릴알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C4-C20 탄소고리기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C4-C20 탄소고리알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로고리기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로고리알킬기이다.
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 벤조옥사진 모노머와 가교성 화합물을 혼합하는 단계; 및상기 혼합된 결과물을 캐스팅하여 막을 형성하고, 이를 경화하고 산에 함침하는 단계를 포함하여 7항의 전해질막을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해질막의 제조방법.[화학식 1]상기식중, R1은 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20 알킬렌기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C20 아릴렌기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로아릴렌기, -C(=O)-, -SO2-로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며,R2는 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 알케닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 알키닐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C20 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C7-C20 아릴알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로아릴알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C4-C20 탄소고리기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C4-C20 탄소고리알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로고리기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로고리알킬기이다.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항의 폴리벤조옥사진계 화합물의 가교체를 포함 하는 전해질막을 구비한 연료전지.
