Claims (7)
- 삭제
- 유기발광소자와;데이터 라인과 스캔 라인에 의해 정의되는 단위 화소를 선택하는 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터와;상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터를 통하여 전달된 데이터전압을 게이트로 수신하여 해당 전류를 상기 유기발광소자에 공급하는 구동 트랜지스터와;상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트에 인가되는 데이터전압을 저장하는 캐패시터와;스캔 신호에 의해 제어되며, 상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터의 드레인-소스 영역에 캐스코드 형태로 접속된 제2 스위칭 트랜지스터와;상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터와 제2 스위칭 트랜지스터의 접속노드와 전원공 급원 사이에 접속되며, 상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터와 제2 스위칭 트랜지스터의 누설전류로 인해 누출되는 전하를 공급하는 쉴드 커패시터를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 화소구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터의 드레인-소스 영역에 캐스코드 형태로 접속된 제3 스위칭 트랜지스터를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 화소구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제2 스위칭 트랜지스터의 드레인-소스 영역에 캐스코드 형태로 접속된 제4 스위칭 트랜지스터를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 화소구조.
- 데이터 라인과 스캔 라인에 의해 정의되는 단위 화소를 선택하는 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터와;상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터의 드레인-소스 전류통로와 전원공급원 사이에 접속되어 데이터 라인으로부터 인가되는 화소전압에 따라 해당 전하를 저장하는 저장용 커패시터와;상기 저장용 커패시터에 저장된 전압에 의해 투과율이 조절되는 액정과;스캔 신호에 의해 제어되며, 상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터의 드레인-소스 영역에 캐스코드 형태로 접속된 제2 스위칭 트랜지스터를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 화소구조.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제1 스위칭 트랜지스터의 드레인-소스 영역에 캐스코드 형태로 접속된 제3 스위칭 트랜지스터를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 화소구조.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제2 스위칭 트랜지스터의 드레인-소스 영역에 캐스코드 형태로 접속된 제4 스위칭 트랜지스터를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 표시장치의 화소구조.
