Claims (9)
- 평균입경 200㎛ 이하의 미립자를, 미리, 용매 또는 소결 원료의 일부에 희석하고 나서 나머지의 소결 원료에 첨가하여 조립 처리하는 공정을 포함하여 이루어지는 분 철광석 함유 제철용 소결 원료의 조립 처리방법으로서,그 조립 처리공정이, 하기 (1), (2) 및 (3) 으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 공정이며,(1) 상기 미립자를, 첨가시의 점도가 0.005∼10Paㆍs 인 슬러리가 되도록 물로 희석한 후, 소결 원료에 첨가하여 조립 처리하는 공정,(2) 상기 미립자를, 철광석을 필수 성분으로 하는 소결 원료의 건조시의 질량% 로 13∼60질량% 분과 미리 조립 처리하고 나서, 상기 조립물을 나머지의 소결 원료에 첨가하여 조립 처리하는 공정,(3) 상기 미립자를, 소결 원료의 건조시의 질량% 로 0.3∼10질량% 분과 미리 혼합 처리하고 나서, 상기 혼합물을 나머지의 소결 원료에 첨가하여 조립 처리하는 공정,추가로, 카르복실기, 술폰산기 및 이들의 염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 기를 갖는 고분자 화합물을 첨가하고,상기 고분자 화합물의 중량 평균 분자량은 1,000∼100,000 인 것을 특징으로 하는 제철용 소결 원료의 조립 처리방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 소결 원료에 대하여, 상기 평균입경 200㎛ 이하인 미립자를 0.05∼80질량% 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제철용 소결 원료의 조립 처리방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 소결 원료에 대하여, 상기 고분자 화합물을 0.001∼2질량% 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제철용 소결 원료의 조립 처리방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 소결 원료에 함유되는 석회석 전체량에서의 1∼10㎛ 의 입자 비율이, 건조시의 질량% 로 3∼50질량% 가 되도록 조립 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제철용 소결 원료의 조립 처리방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 소결 원료에서 연료 및 반광을 제외한 원료 (신 원료) 의 전체 질량에 대하여, 마라맘바 분 철광석을 5∼50질량% 배합하여 조립 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제철용 소결 원료의 조립 처리방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 추가로, 미리, 상기 소결 원료에 함유되는 더스트, 슬래그 및 반광의 일부를, (a) 산, (b) 이산화탄소, (c) 중량 평균 분자량 1000 이하의 킬레이트제, (d) 고분자 킬레이트제, (e) 중량 평균 분자량 2 만 이상의 고분자 화합물, 및 (f) 산의 알칼리금속염, 산의 암모늄염 또는 산의 알칼리금속염 및 산의 암모늄염인 분자량 500 미만의 저분자 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 화합물로 혼합 처리하고 나서, 그 혼합물을 나머지의 소결 원료에 첨가하여, 조립 처리하고, 그 조립 처리를, 카르복실기, 술폰산기 및 이들의 염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 기를 갖는 고분자 화합물의 존재하에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제철용 소결 원료의 조립 처리방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 추가로, 하기 (1) 및 (2) 의 존재하에서 조립 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제철용 소결 원료의 조립 처리방법.(1) 카르복실기, 술폰산기 및 이들의 염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 기를 갖는 고분자 화합물.(2) 산, 이산화탄소, 중량 평균 분자량 1000 이하의 킬레이트제, 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 그리고 산의 알칼리금속염, 산의 암모늄염 또는 산의 알칼리금속염 및 산의 암모늄염인 분자량 500 미만의 저분자 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 화합물.
