Claims (14)
- 공기 냉각/가열 장치 내의 적어도 하나의 응축기와 적어도 하나의 유체 증발기와 소통하는 가압된 유체를 위한 차단 밸브(10)로서,상기 차단 밸브(10)는 증발기와 소통하는 제1 도관(14)과, 응축기와 소통하는 제2 도관(16)과, 상기 제1 도관 및 제2 도관의 중간에 위치한 제3 도관(18)을 갖는 본체(12)를 가지며,표본 추출 기구(20)가 상기 제3 도관(18)에 위치하는 차단 밸브에 있어서,상기 제1 도관(14) 및 제2 도관(16)은 각각 카트리지(36, 36a)를 수용하고,상기 각각의 카트리지(36, 36a)는 제한기(34, 34a)를 수용하고,각각의 카트리지(36, 36a) 내의 제한기(34, 34a)는 유체가 통과하는 모세관(46, 46a)과 동축으로 형성되고, 상기 모세관은 유체가 모세관(46, 46a)의 말단부로부터 빠져나갈 때 유체의 급속한 팽창을 유발하며,상기 표본 추출 기구(20)는 상기 카트리지(36, 36a) 사이에서 상기 차단 밸브 내의 유체를 표본 추출하여, 공기 냉각/가열 장치가 한 작동 모드에 있을 때 유체가 일 카트리지(36a) 내의 제한기(34a)를 통과하기 전에 유체를 표본 추출할 수 있으며, 공기 냉각/가열 장치가 다른 작동 모드에 있을 때 유체가 다른 카트리지(36) 내의 제한기(34)를 통과하기 전에 유체를 표본 추출할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차단 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 도관(14) 및 제2 도관(14) 내의 각 제한기(34, 34a)는 상기 제1 도관(14) 및 제2 도관(16) 내에서 독립적인 축방향 이동이 가능한 차단 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 제한기(34, 34a)의 외부는 유체 유동을 위한 적어도 하나의 유동 채널(52)을 생성하도록 상기 제1 도관(14) 및 제2 도관(14) 내에 형성된 시트 및 상기 카트리지(36, 36a)의 내부 표면(50)과 협동하는 적어도 두 개의 방사형 핀(47, 47a)들로 형성된 차단 밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 각 제한기(34, 34a)는 미리 설정된 제1 방향으로의 축방향 이동을 제한하도록 상기 제1 도관(14) 및 제2 도관(16) 각각의 내부의 견부(58)와 협동하는 돌출부(48, 48a)를 상기 방사형 핀들(47, 47a)의 일단부에서 추가로 포함하는 차단 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 카트리지(36, 36a)는 상기 모세관(46, 46a)을 통한유체 유동을 흐르게 하도록 각 제한기(34, 34a)의 밀봉 단부(60, 60a)와 협동하는 내부 경사 밀봉부 표면(56, 56a)을 갖는 차단 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 여과 요소(40, 40a)는 상기 카트리지(36, 36a)의 일 단부에 고정식으로 부착된 차단 밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 여과 요소(40, 40a)는 가압 끼워 맞춤 결합에 의해 각 카트리지의 전방 챔버(44, 44a) 내에 보유되는 차단 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 도관(14)의 단부에 고정된 삽입 부재(38)를 추가로 포함하여 파이프(62)의 플레어형 단부(64)를 상기 삽입 부재(38)의 원추형 표면(73)에 대해 직접 클램핑하는 차단 밸브.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 삽입 부재(38)는 나사식 결합에 의해 상기 제1 도관(14)과 선택적으로 고정되는 차단 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밸브(10)에 고정식으로 부착되고, 제2 도관(16) 내의 장착부(82)와 상기 카트리지(36a) 사이에 생성된 카운터 보어(88) 내에 수용된 연결 파이프(86)를 추가로 포함하는 차단 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 도관(14)과 상기 제2 도관(16) 사이의 유체 유동이 차단되는 폐쇄 위치와 상기 제1 도관(14)과 상기 제2 도관(16) 사이의 유동이 허용되는 개방 위치 사이에 회전에 의해 변위될 수 있는 밀폐 장치(22)를 상기 본체(12) 내에 추가로 포함하는 차단 밸브.
