Abstract
냉매관의 연결구조는 냉매가 흐르는 냉매관;과, 냉매관의 일단과 연결되는 소켓(Socket)부와, 소켓(Socket)부의 외주면에 결합되는 체결너트를 포함한다. 소켓(Socket)부의 내주면에는 냉매관이 소켓(Socket)부에서 이탈하는 것을 방지하기 위한 그립링(Grip-ring)과, 소켓(Socket)부에서 냉매가 누설되는 것을 방지하기 위한 적어도 하나의 오-링(O-ring)과, 그립링(Grip-ring)과 오-링(O-ring) 사이에 배치되어 오-링(O-ring)이 손상되는 것을 방지하는 와셔가 마련된다.

Claims (23)
- 실외기와 실내기를 포함하는 공기조화기의 냉매관을 조립지그를 이용하여 연결하는 냉매관의 연결방법에 있어서,
조립지그를 준비하고, 냉매관의 이탈을 방지하기 위한 그립링과, 냉매의 누설을 방지하기 위한 적어도 하나의 오-링과, 상기 적어도 하나의 오-링이 손상되는 것을 방지하기 위한 와셔를 상기 조립지그의 외측부에 배치하고,
상기 조립지그를 상기 실외기 또는 상기 실내기의 냉매관 연결부에 삽입하고,
체결너트를 상기 냉매관 연결부의 외주면에 느슨한 상태로 결합하고,
상기 체결너트를 관통하여 형성된 관통홀을 통해 상기 조립지그를 상기 냉매관 연결부로부터 분리하고,
상기 그립링, 상기 와셔, 상기 오-링의 중심에 각각 형성된 중공홀들을 통해 상기 냉매관을 상기 냉매관 연결부에 삽입하고,
상기 체결너트가 상기 오-링을 상기 냉매관 연결부의 내측으로 가압하도록 상기 체결너트를 일정 토크 이상으로 조여 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉매관의 연결방법. - 실외기와 실내기를 포함하는 공기조화기의 냉매관을 조립지그를 이용하여 연결하는 냉매관의 연결방법에 있어서,
조립지그를 준비하고, 상기 냉매관의 이탈을 방지하기 위한 그립링과, 냉매의 누설을 방지하기 위한 적어도 하나의 오-링과, 상기 적어도 하나의 오-링이 손상되는 것을 방지하기 위한 와셔를 상기 조립지그의 내측부에 배치하고,
상기 냉매관을 결합시키기 위한 체결너트를 상기 조립지그의 외측부에 결합하고,
상기 냉매관을 상기 조립지그에 삽입하고,
상기 그립링, 상기 와셔, 상기 적어도 하나의 오-링, 상기 체결너트가 상기 냉매관의 외주면에 결합된 상태에서 상기 조립지그를 상기 체결너트로부터 분리하고,
상기 그립링, 상기 와셔, 상기 적어도 하나의 오-링, 상기 체결너트가 상기 냉매관에 결합된 상태로 상기 냉매관, 상기 그립링, 상기 와셔, 상기 적어도 하나의 오-링을 상기 실외기 또는 상기 실내기의 냉매관 연결부에 삽입하고,
상기 냉매관에 결합된 상기 체결너트를 조여 상기 냉매관 연결부의 외측에 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉매관의 연결방법. - 삭제
