Claims (6)
- 액정층에 최근접하여 상부에 컬러 필터와, 제1 위상판과, 제1 편광판을 순차적으로 각각 포함하고, 상기 액정층에 최근접하여 하부에 TFT 어레이 기판과, 제2 위상판과, 제2 편광판을 순차적으로 각각 포함하는 반사-투과형 액정 표시 장치에 있어서,상기 액정층과 상기 TFT 어레이 기판과의 사이에 개구된 투과창을 포함하는 반사판을 구비하고,반사 모드 동작시, 외부로부터 입사되는 광이 상기 투과창을 통과함에 따라 상기 투과창을 통과한 광을 상기 투과창을 경유하여 반사시켜 반사율을 향상시키고, 서로 다른 굴절율을 갖는 복수의 층들이 적층되고 상기 어레이 기판과 상기 제2 편광판 사이에 배치된 비흡수 반사부를 포함하는 반사-투과형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비흡수 반사부는상기 TFT 어레이 기판과 제2 위상판과의 사이에 설치된 비흡수 반사 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사-투과형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비흡수 반사 필름은상기 TFT 어레이 기판에 근접하는 면에 마이크로 렌즈 패턴이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사-투과형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비흡수 반사부는상기 TFT 어레이 기판에 근접한 상기 제2 위상판의 면에 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사-투과형 액정 표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비흡수 반사부는상기 제2 편광판의 면 중에서 상기 제2 위상판에 근접하는 면에 표면 처리된 광택층인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사-투과형 액정 표시 장치.
