Claims (10)
- 교류전류의 비접속 검출을 실행하기 위한 교류전류 검출코일로서,환상(環狀)코일인 상기 교류전류 검출코일은,절연기판 상에 제공된 개구의 주변부로부터 방출되도록 절연기판의 전면부와 후면부에 형성된 복수의 방사선 전도체들;방사선 전도체들의 외측부 또는 내측부 중의 어느 하나상에 각각 전면부와 후면부상의 방사선 전도체들의 각 단부를 전기적으로 연결하기 위하여 원주 방향으로 연장된 도전 연결부들 및 도전 제1 스루홀들, 및방사선 전도체들의 외측부 및 내측부중의 다른 하나상에 각각 전면부와 후면부상의 방사선 전도체들의 각 단부를 전기적으로 연결하는 도전 제2스루홀들로 구성되고,복수의 감는 권선들(winding turns)은 도전 연결부들과 제1 및 제2 스루홀들을 통하여 각각 전면부와 후면부상에서의 각 방사선 전도체의 연결에 의해 연속적으로 형성되고,상기 복수의 감는 권선들(winding turns)은 한 방향으로 감기는 전방코일과 상기 전방코일의 단부로부터 연속적으로 돌아오는 반대방향으로 감기는 후방코일을 포함하며,상기 전방코일 및 상기 후방코일의 각 감는 권선(winding turn)은 전면부와 후면부상 에 선택적으로 분포하고,각 도전연결부는 상기 전면부와 상기 후면부상에서 인접한 방사선 전도체들과 접속되지 않도록 경로가 정해지며,상기 전방코일 및 상기 후방코일에서 방사선 전도체들과, 상기 전방부 및 상기 후방부 상의 상기 도전연결부들의 방사선 전도체들의 각각의 형상(shape)이 서로 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 교류전류 검출 코일.
- 제 1항에 있어서,각 도전 연결부는 제1 스루홀을 통해 전면부와 후면부상의 방사선 전도체들의 각 단부를 연결하기 위한 패턴을 가지며,전면부와 후면부상의 패턴들은 스루홀 사이와 대략 서로 동일한 길이를 가지는 교류전류 검출 코일.
- 제 1항에 있어서,전방코일과 후방코일의 각 피치는 서로 동일한 형태를 가지는 교류전류 검출코일.
- 제 1항에 있어서,제 1스루홀과 제 2 스루홀들은 개구의 실질적 중심을 둘러싸고 일정한 간격으로 원주상으로 배치되는 교류전류 검출코일.
- 제 1항에 있어서,도전 연결부들은 방사선 전도체들의 외부에 제공되는 교류전류 검출코일.
- 제 1항에 있어서,제1 스루홀들과 동일한 크기를 가지는 각각의 랜드 패턴(land pattern)들이, 전면부에서의 각 방사선 전도체들과 각 도전 연결부들이 연결되고, 상기 스루홀들이 형성되지 않은 위치로 제공된 교류전류 검출코일.
- 제 1항에 있어서,두 방사선 전도체들간에 이루는 각을 양분하는 선분이 환상코일과 중심이 같은 원과 한 점에서 접할 수 있도록 전면부와 후면부상의 서로 인접한 두 방사선 전도체들이 제공되는 교류전류 검출코일.
- 제 1항에 있어서,전방코일과 후방코일의 불균일(non-uniformity)을 완화하는 소형(small-size)의 코일은 리드선들의 적어도 하나에 제공되며, 상기 리드선은 각각 전방코일과 후방코일내의 리드 단자들로부터 연장하는 교류전류 검출코일.
- 제 1항에 있어서,전면부와 후면부상의 각각의 방사선 전도체들은 평면시각상 서로 겹쳐지는 위치에서 제공되는 교류전류 검출코일.
- 제 1항에 있어서,전방코일과 후방코일에서 서로 인접하는 각 방사선 전도체들은 전면부와 후면부에 제각기, 서로 인접하여 배치되는 교류전류 검출코일.
