Claims (6)
- 폐페인트통을 파쇄하여 소정의 크기로 조각낼 수 있는 파쇄부(10)와,상기 파쇄부(10)에서 파쇄된 페인트통 조각을 이송하며 마그네틱에 의해 페인트통 조각에서 일부 분리된 페인트가루만 선별적으로 제거하기 위하여 벨트컨베이어(21)와 상기 벨트컨베이어(21)의 종단측 상부에 인접하여 설치되는 마그네틱 컨베이어(22)를 포함하며 상기 벨트컨베이어(21)와 상기 마그네틱 컨베이어(22)는 상호 반대 방향으로 회전하는 자력선별부(20)와,상기 자력선별부(20)에서 페인트가루가 일부 분리된 페인트통 조각을 이송받아 유기용제로 세척하는 세척조(32) 및 세척조의 하단에 설치되어 세척조내 유기용제에 와류를 일으키며 세척된 페인트통 조각을 진동자력선별부(40)로 이송하는 이송장치(33)를 구비한 세척부(30)와,상기 세척부(30)에서 세척되어 이송된 페인트통 조각에서 유기용제 및 페인트를 진동판(42)의 진동과 마그네틱에 의해 선별적으로 분리하는 진동자력선별부(40)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 페인트통 재활용 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 이송장치(33)은 상기 세척조(30)의 하단으로부터 상방향으로 경사지게 설치되며, 상기 세척부(30)는 1차 세척부(31)와 동일한 세척부(34)가 연속적으로 다단 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 페인트통 재활용 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 마그네틱 컨베이어(22)는 벨트가 상승하는 부분의 로울러에 마그네틱이을 장착되어 벨트 컨베이어에 의해 이송되는 페인트통 조각중 금속부분만 마그네틱 컨베이어에 올려서 이송할 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 페인트통 재활용 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 진동자력선별부(40)는 하방으로 경사지게 배치되어 진동에 의해 유기용제와 페인트를 분리하는 진동판(42)과 진동판에 진동을 발생시키는 진동발생장치(44)와 진동판의 종단측 상부에 인접하여 벨트가 상승하는 부분의 로울러에 마그네틱이 장착되어 진동판에 의해 이송, 분리되는 페인트통 조각중 금속부분만 선별하여 이송할 수 있게 한 마그네틱 컨베이어(43)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 페인트통 재활용 시스템.
