Abstract
Description
고정부재는 몰드 프레임(400)의 측부가 삽입되는 고정클립을 포함할 수 있다. 고정클립은 고정홈(432)을 커버하도록 상기 측부를 수용한다. 이와 다르게 고정부재는 고정홈(432)을 커버하며 몰드 프레임(400)의 측부에 결합되는 접착테이프를 포함할 수 있다. 고정부재는 고정클립 및 접착테이프 이외의 다른 부재를 포함할 수 있다. 고정부재는 상기 고정홈(432)에 고정된 램프 와이어(314)가 상기 고정홈(432)으로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지한다.
이에 따라, 상기 램프 와이어(314)의 유동을 방지할 수 있으며, 걸림이나 꼬임 등으로 인하여 예기치 않은 장력이 상기 램프 와이어(314)에 인가되는 경우에도 상기 고정홈(432)에 의해 장력에 대한 저항력을 형성함으로써 상기 램프(310)와 램프 와이어(314)간의 솔더링부 단락을 방지할 수 있다.
Claims (12)
- 이미지를 디스플레이하기 위한 액정 표시 패널;광을 발생하는 램프 및 상기 램프에 전력을 공급하는 램프 와이어를 포함하는 광공급부를 포함하는 백라이트 어셈블리;상기 백라이트 어셈블리와 상기 액정 표시 패널을 수용하며, 측부에 상기 램프 와이어가 고정되는 고정홈이 형성된 몰드 프레임; 및상기 몰드 프레임의 측부에 구비되어 상기 램프 와이어를 상기 몰드 프레임에 고정하는 고정부재를 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정홈의 측면에는 상기 램프 와이어가 상기 고정홈으로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지하기 위한 고정돌기가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정부재는 상기 고정홈을 커버하며 상기 몰드 프레임의 측부에 결합되는 고정클립 및 접착테이프 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 이미지를 디스플레이하기 위한 액정표시패널;광을 발생하는 램프 및 상기 램프에 전력을 공급하는 램프 와이어를 포함하는 광공급부를 포함하는 백라이트 어셈블리; 및상기 백라이트 어셈블리와 상기 액정표시패널을 수용하며, 배면에 상기 램프 와이어의 지름보다 큰 폭을 갖도록 형성되어 상기 램프 와이어를 가이드하는 고정홈 및 상기 고정홈의 내부에 상기 램프 와이어를 착탈 방식으로 고정시키기 위한 한 쌍의 고정용 리브가 형성된 몰드 프레임을 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 고정용 리브의 서로 대향하는 내측 상단부 모서리들에는 모따기(Chamfer) 면이 각기 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 램프 와이어가 상기 한쌍의 리브 사이에 탄성적으로 삽입 및 고정될 수 있도록 상기 한쌍의 리브간 이격 간격은 상기 램프 와이어의 지름보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 리브간 간격은, 상기 램프 와이어의 지름의 80%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 이미지를 디스플레이하기 위한 액정표시패널;광을 발생하는 램프 및 상기 램프에 전력을 공급하는 램프 와이어를 포함하는 광공급부를 포함하는 백라이트 어셈블리;상기 백라이트 어셈블리와 상기 액정표시패널을 수용하는 몰드 프레임; 및상기 몰드 프레임의 측부에 결합되어 상기 램프 와이어를 상기 몰드 프레임에 고정하는 고정부재를 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 고정부재는 상기 램프 와이어가 배치된 상기 몰드 프레임의 측부가 삽입되는 고정클립 및 상기 몰드 프레임의 측부에 상기 램프 와이어를 고정시키는 접착테이프 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
