Claims (3)
- 차량의 엔진 출력축에 결합되는 제1 질량체(10)와,변속기의 입력축에 연결하는 제2 질량체에 연결되며 상기 제1 질량체(10)에 수용되는 드라이브 플레이트(20)를 포함하는 이중 질량 플라이휠에 있어서,상기 제1 질량체(10)와 상기 드라이브 플레이트(20)의 상대회전에 의해 압축되는 복수개의 압축가능한 압축스프링(40)과 우레탄스프링(50)을 병용하고,상기 압축스프링(40) 또는 우레탄 스프링(50)의 양측에 구비되며 상기 제1 질량체(10)와 드라이브 플레이트(20) 사이에서 드라이브 플레이트의 원주면을 따라 이동할 수 있는 탄성수단 수용부재(30-1 내지 33-4))를 포함하고,상기 드라이브 플레이트(20)는 상기 압축스프링(40) 또는 우레탄 스프링(50)의 압축을 야기할 수 있는 드라이브 플레이트의 반경방향으로 연장된 적어도 한 쌍의 플랜지(21,22)를 포함하되,상기 탄성수단 수용부재는 이웃한 수용부재와 맞닿은 일면이 상기 드라이브 플레이트의 반경방향의 중심선과 일치하면, 반대되는 면은 드라이브 플레이트의 반경방향의 중심선과 편심을 이루고 있는 이중 질량 플라이휠.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 한쌍의 플랜지(21,22)의 좌우에는 적어도 1개의 우레탄 스프링(50)이 배치되는 이중 질량 플라이휠.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 우레탄 스프링(50)은 중공 또는 중실 기둥 형상인 이중 질량 플라이휠.
