Claims (4)
- 페달(6)의 변위에 따른 전기신호를 감지하여 모터(8)를 구동시키는 콘트롤유닛(10);상기 모터(8)의 모터축(8a)과 연결되어 작동되는 기어부(20);상기 기어부(20)와 연결되어 이 기어부(20)의 작동에 따라 승강 이송되는 가압로드(30);상기 가압로드(30)와 일단부가 연결되고 그 타단부에 가압로드(30) 가압시 발생된 압력에 의해 전방으로 돌출되는 피스톤(42)이 구비된 실린더(40); 및상기 실린더(40)의 피스톤(42)과 연결되고 휠디스크(9)를 압착하여 차량을 제동시키는 브레이크패드(50);를 포함하여 구성하되,상기 모터(8)의 모터축(8a)은 가압로드(30)를 상하로 승강시킬 수 있도록 정역 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기어부(20)는 모터축(8a)과 가압로드(30)의 외주면에 각각 나사산을 형성시키고 이들의 사이에 중앙관통공(22a)을 갖는 웜휠(22)을 배치하여 웜휠(22)의 외주면은 모터축(8a)과 치합되며 웜휠(22)의 중앙관통공(22a)에는 가압로드(30)의 외주면이 치합되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실린더(40)는 그 내부에 가압로드(30)의 승강에 따라 피스톤을 출몰시킬 수 있도록 하는 브레이크오일이 채워져 있는 유압실린더인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 브레이크 장치.
