Description
Claims (12)
- 自動車のためのホイールブレーキであって、ブレーキキャリパ(12)を備え、該ブレーキキャリパ(12)内に摩擦ブレーキパッドと操作装置とが設けられており、該操作装置によって、摩擦ブレーキパッドが制動のためにブレーキボディに圧着可能であり、当該ホイールブレーキ(10)が、それぞれ互いに無関係に摩擦ブレーキパッド(20)をブレーキボディ(14)に圧着するために適している電気機械式の操作装置(16)および圧力媒体操作装置(17)を有しており、両操作装置(16,17)が冗長に設けられている形式のものにおいて、前記ブレーキキャリパ(12)内に、前記ブレーキボディ(14)に対して斜めに延びる支持部(26)と、該支持部(26)に平行移動可能に支持される、前記支持部(26)に対して平行に延びるラック(38)を備えるくさび部材(22)とが配置されており、該くさび部材(22)に前記摩擦ブレーキパッド(20)が配置されており、前記電気機械式の操作装置(16)は、前記ラック(38)に噛み合う歯車伝動装置(32,34,36)と、該歯車伝動装置(32,34,36)を駆動する電気モータ(30)とを備え、前記圧力媒体操作装置(17)は、シリンダ(42)と、該シリンダ(42)内に移動可能に収容される、前記くさび部材(22)を前記摩擦ブレーキパッド(20)とともに前記ブレーキボディ(14)に向かって押圧可能なピストン(40)とを備えることを特徴とするホイールブレーキ。
- 当該ホイールブレーキ(10)が自己倍力装置(18)を有しており、該自己倍力装置(18)が、制動時にブレーキボディ(14)に向かって押圧された摩擦ブレーキパッド(20)に回転するブレーキボディ(14)によって加えられた摩擦力を、圧着力に変えるようになっており、該圧着力が摩擦ブレーキパッド(20)をブレーキボディ(14)に圧着するようになっている、請求項1記載のホイールブレーキ。
- 当該ホイールブレーキ(10)が、電気機械式の操作装置(16)と圧力媒体操作装置(17)とのための共通の自己倍力装置(18)を有している、請求項1記載のホイールブレーキ。
- 当該ホイールブレーキ(10)が、機械式の自己倍力装置(18)を有している、請求項2記載のホイールブレーキ。
- 電気機械式の操作装置(16)がホイールスリップ制御装置(62,64)を有しており、該ホイールスリップ制御装置(62,64)が、当該ホイールブレーキ(10)の圧力媒体操作に重畳されている、請求項1記載のホイールブレーキ。
- ホイールスリップ制御時に、電気機械式の操作装置(16)の最大可能圧着力が、圧力媒体操作装置(17)の圧着力よりも大きい、請求項1記載のホイールブレーキ。
- 当該ホイールブレーキがディスクブレーキ(10)である、請求項1記載のホイールブレーキ。
- 電気機械式の操作装置(16)と圧力媒体操作装置(17)とが、ブレーキディスク(14)の同じ側に配置されている、請求項1記載のホイールブレーキ。
- 前記ピストン(40)が、回転可能に支承されたローラ(50)を備えるタペット(48)を備え、該ローラ(50)を介して前記くさび部材(22)に接触している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のホイールブレーキ。
- 前記くさび部材(22)が、2つのくさび斜面(24)を備える双くさび(22)として形成されており、両くさび斜面(24)が互いに正反対に配向されており、両くさび斜面(24)に対応して2つの支持部(26)が設けられている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のホイールブレーキ。
- 前記ラック(38)は、2つの区分からなる湾曲形状を有し、該2つの区分の、前記ブレーキボディ(14)の回転方向側の区分は、該ブレーキボディ(14)の回転方向反対側の前記支持部(26)に平行に延びており、前記2つの区分の、前記ブレーキボディ(14)の回転方向反対側の区分は、該ブレーキボディ(14)の回転方向側の前記支持部(26)に平行に延びている、請求項10記載のホイールブレーキ。
- 車両ブレーキ装置において、当該車両ブレーキ装置(52)が、電気機械式および液圧式に操作可能な請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のホイールブレーキ(10)を、前車軸に有していて、もっぱら電気機械式に操作可能なホイールブレーキ(54)を、後車軸に有していることを特徴とする車両ブレーキ装置。
