Description
Claims (13)
- 광섬유를 통과시키면서 상기 광섬유에 코팅층을 형성하는 코팅부;상기 코팅부의 하부에 결합되어 상기 광섬유를 인출하는 베이스부;상기 코팅부 상부에 설치되어 상기 코팅부를 외부 공기로부터 차단하고, 상측에 광섬유 인입구가 형성되고, 원형의 캡 형상을 가진 투명 재질의 일체형 덮개부;상기 덮개부가 형성하는 내부공간으로 공기보다 동점성 계수가 작은 가스를 공급하고, 상기 코팅부의 광섬유 인입구 높이보다 낮은 높이에 설치된 가스 공급라인; 및상기 덮개부의 내부공간에 잔존하는 코팅액을 외부로 배출하는 코팅액 배출라인;을 포함하고,상기 내부공간은 공기보다 동점성계수가 작은 가스로 양압 분위기가 형성되고, 상기 가스공급라인을 통해 공급된 가스는 상기 코팅부의 주위에 형성된 압력균배공간을 통해 압력이 균배된 후 덮개부의 내부 공간으로 가스가 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 코팅장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 덮개부의 내부공간으로 유입되는 가스가 광섬유 표면에 직접 분사되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 코팅장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가스 공급라인은 상기 덮개부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 코팅장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 코팅액 배출라인은 상기 덮개부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 코팅장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가스는 프레온, 크세논 또는 이산화 탄소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 코팅장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 덮개부는 유리 또는 투명성 플라스틱인 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 코팅장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 덮개부의 내부공간으로의 가스 공급을 방해하지 않도록 상기 코팅액 배출라인의 높이는 상기 가스 공급라인의 높이보다 낮은 위치에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 코팅장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,코팅액 배출력의 향상을 위해 상기 코팅액 배출라인에 연결된 진공수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 코팅장치.
- 광섬유를 통과시키면서 광섬유에 코팅층을 형성하는 코팅부; 상기 코팅부 상부에 설치되어 상기 코팅부를 외부 공기로부터 차단하고 상측에 광섬유 인입구가 형성되고 원형의 캡 형상을 가진 투명 재질의 일체형 덮개부; 및 상기 덮개부가 형성하는 내부공간으로 공기보다 동점성 계수가 작은 가스를 공급하고 상기 코팅부의 광섬유 인입구 높이보다 낮은 높이에 설치된 가스 공급라인;를 구비한 코팅장치를 이용한 광섬유 코팅방법으로서,상기 가스 공급라인을 통해 동점성 계수가 공기보다 작은 가스를 상기 덮개부가 형성하는 내부공간으로 공급하는 단계; 및상기 광섬유 인입구를 통해 광섬유를 인입하고, 상기 광섬유를 코팅액으로 채워진 관통홀을 통해 통과시키는 단계;를 포함하고,상기 가스 공급라인을 통해 유입된 가스는 상기 코팅부의 주위에 형성된 압력균배공간을 통해 압력이 균배된 후에 상기 내부공간으로 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 코팅방법.
- 삭제
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 광섬유 인입구로 유입되는 외부공기를 차단하기 위해 상기 가스는 상기 덮개부가 형성하는 내부공간을 양압으로 유지하도록 유량이 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 코팅방법.
