Claims (6)
- 레이저 광 모듈에 있어서,제1 광을 생성하기 위한 레이저 광원과;상기 제1 광을 제2 광으로 파장 변환시키기 위한 고조파 생성기와;상기 레이저 광원과 상기 고조파 생성기의 사이에 위치되어 상기 레이저 광원에서 생성된 제1 광의 출력 세기를 조절해서 상기 고조파 생성기로 출력하는 다중 모드 간섭계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 레이저 광 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 레이저 광원은 1060㎚ 파장을 갖는 제1 광을 생성할 수 있는 분포 궤환 레이저를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 레이저 광 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 다중 모드 간섭계는 인가되는 구동 전류에 따라서 상기 제1 광의 세기를 변조해서 출력시킴을 특징으로 하는 레이저 광 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 레이저 광원 및 다중 모드 간섭계 각각은 리지 형태로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 레이저 광 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 레이저 광원과 상기 다중 모드 간섭계는 동일 반도체 기판 상에 집적됨을 특징으로 하는 레이저 광 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 고조파 생성기는 530㎚ 파장의 제2 광을 출력함을 특징으로 하는 레이저 광 모듈.
