Claims (6)
- 삭제
- 자동으로 전위를 조절하는 자동전위조절장치와; 측정된 결과를 표시하는 기록계; 및 복수의 전극으로 구성되어 투입된 시료의 전기화학적 반응을 측정하여 세로토닌(serotonin)을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알레르겐 검출장치에 있어서, 상기 자동전위조절장치는 0~1.0V까지 전위를 자동조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알레르겐 검출장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 산화반응이 일어난 0.3V에서 측정한 전류치에 의해 세로토닌을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 간이 알레르겐 검출장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전극은 금(Au)으로 이루어지고, 65쌍의 마이크로밴드(microband)로 구성되고, 상기 마이크로밴드의 너비는 8~12μm, 간격은 4~65μm, 전극의 길이는 1.8~2.2mm로 이루어지는 미세전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알레르겐 검출장치.
