Claims (3)
- L-페닐알라닌 생산능을 갖는 대장균 변이주(KFCC 10066)로부터 염색체상의 트립토판 요구성이 해제되고, 불활성화된 pheA, trpR, mtr, tnaAB 유전자 및 변이된 aroG, trpE 유전자를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 L-트립토판 생산능을 갖는 재조합 대장균 CJ600(KCCM 10812P).
- L-트립토판 생산능을 갖는 재조합 대장균의 제조방법으로서,상기 유전자 조작이 염색체상 트립토판 요구성을 해제하는 단계;pheA, trpR, mtr, tnaAB 유전자를 불활성화시켜 L-페닐알라닌의 생합성을 차단하는 단계; 및aroG, trpE 유전자를 변이시켜 L-트립토판 생합성 관련 유전자를 강화하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 따라 제조된 재조합 대장균을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 L-트립토판의 제조방법.
