Claims (5)
- 완숙 과일과 미완숙 과일을 80:20의 비율로 혼합하는 준비단계; 상기 준비된 과실을 밀봉 용기에서 30 내지 35%의 알코올음료로 발효시키는 단계; 상기 발효를 마친 술덧을 술액과 찌꺼기로 분리하는 단계; 상기 술액에 산삼배양근을 병입과정에서 2 내지 3중량%로 투입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산삼배양근을 이용한 과실주의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산삼배양근은 산삼배양근 생체, 건조분말, 배양근환, 배양근 추출액, 배양근 농축액, 배양근 건조과립으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 산삼배양근을 이용한 과실주의 제조방법.
