Claims (13)
- 하부에 관통공(11)을 갖는 관체로 된 카메라 렌즈용 장식커버(10)에 있어서,그 장식커버(10)의 저면에는 장식무늬부(12)를 형성하고, 상기한 장식커버(10)의 외면에는 돌출 형태의 장식돌부(13)를 형성하며, 장식커버(10)의 하단 모서리와 관통공(11)의 하측 모서리에는 각각 면취부(14)(14')를 형성하되,상기한 장식돌부(13)를 제외한 장식커버(10)의 전표면에는 1차착색층(15)을 형성하고, 상기 장식돌부(13)의 표면에는 1차착색층(15)과 다른 색상으로 된 2차착색층(16)을 투톤으로 형성하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 카메라 렌즈용 장식커버.
- 제 1항에 있어서,장식무늬부(12)는 곡선이 반복적으로 교차 배열 형성되어 구성함을 특징으로 하는 카메라 렌즈용 장식커버.
- 제 1항에 있어서,장식무늬부(12)는 원형선이 반복적으로 교차 배열 형성되어 구성함을 특징으로 하는 카메라 렌즈용 장식커버.
- 제1항에 있어서,장식무늬부(12)는 직선이 반복적으로 교차 배열 형성되어 구성함을 특징으로 하는 카메라 렌즈용 장식커버.
- 제 1항에 있어서,장식돌부(13)는 단면상 단일의 사각형상 또는 복수의 사각형상 중 어느 하나의 형태로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 카메라 렌즈용 장식커버.
- 제 1항에 있어서,장식돌부(13)는 단면상 단일의 삼각형상 또는 복수의 삼각형상 중 어느 하나의 형태로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 카메라 렌즈용 장식커버.
- 제 1항에 있어서,장식돌부(13)는 단면상 단일의 반원형상 또는 복수의 반원형상 중 어느 하나의 형태로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 카메라 렌즈용 장식커버.
- 제 1항에 있어서,장식돌부(13)는 단면상 다단으로 된 단턱의 형태로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 카메라 렌즈용 장식커버.
- 프레스 장치를 이용한 기재의 전체적인 형상가공공정과; 기재의 외표면에 장식돌부를 형성하고 그 기재의 모서리를 면취하는 절삭공정과; 장식돌부 및 면취부를 갖는 기재의 바닥면에 장식문양이 형성되게 하는 문양가공공정과; 절삭공정 및 문양가공공정이 종료된 기재의 전표면에 착색층을 형성하는 제1착색공정과; 1차 착색처리된 기재의 장식돌부 표면에 형성된 1차착색층을 제거하는 표면절삭공정;을 순차적으로 수행하여 투톤으로 된 장식커버를 완성하여 됨을 특징으로 하는 카메라 렌즈용 장식커버의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,1차착색층이 제거된 장식돌부를 포함한 기재의 전표면에 제2착색공정을 추가 수행하되, 제2착색공정에 의한 2차착색층은 1차착색층보다 옅은 다른 색상으로 착색되게 함을 특징으로 하는 카메라 렌즈용 장식커버의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,제1착색공정은, 아노다이징 처리에 의해 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 카메라 렌즈용 장식커버의 제조방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서,제2착색공정은, 아노다이징 처리에 의해 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 카메라 렌즈용 장식커버의 제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,문양가공공정은, 다이아몬드 컷팅기를 이용하여 미세 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 카메라 렌즈용 장식커버의 제조방법.
