Claims (3)
- 하부 유리 기판 상에 화이트 레진층이 마련되며, 상기 화이트 레진층 중 반사 영역의 화이트 레진층 상에는 반사전극 및 반사판이 마련되고, 상기 화이트 레진층 중 투과 영역의 화이트 레진층 상에는 투과 전극이 마련됨과 아울러 다수의 하부 밸리가 형성된 하부 기판;상기 하부 기판에 대향하고, 상부 유리 기판 상에 컬러 필터층 및 공통 전극이 순차적으로 마련되며, 상기 반사 영역에 대응하는 부분에는 다수의 상부 밸리가 형성된 상부 기판; 및상기 하부 기판과 상기 상부 기판 사이에 개재된 액정층;을 포함하는 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 VVA 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 투과 영역에서의 상기 화이트 레진층과 상기 상부 기판과의 거리는 d이고, 상기 반사 영역에서의 상기 반사판과 상기 상부 기판과의 거리는 d/2인 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 VVA 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하부 밸리 및 상기 상부 밸리는 스트라이프 타입 및 홀 타입 중 어느 한 타입인 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 VVA 모드 액정표시장치.
