- 다수의 화소가 정의된 기판과;상기 각 화소마다, 게이트전극과 액티브층과 소스전극과 드레인전극으로 구성된 구동소자와;상기 구동소자를 포함하는 기판의 전면에 대응되어 구성되고, 가시광선은 투과하고 자외선은 차단하는 자외선 차단수단과;상기 자외선 차단수단의 상부에 구성되고, 상기 각 화소마다 상기 드레인전극과 접촉되게 독립적으로 구성된 다수의 제 1 전극과;상기 제1전극의 상부에 상기 기판 전면에 대응되어 구성된 유기막과;상기 유기막 상부에 상기 기판의 전면에 대응되어 구성된 제2전극을 포함하는 능동 매트릭스형 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전극은 인듐-틴-옥사이드(ITO)와 인듐-징크-옥사이드(IZO) 중 선택된 하나로 형성한 능동 매트릭스형 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 전극은 알루미늄(Al)과 칼슘(Ca)과 마그네슘(Mg)중 하나로 형성한 능동 매트릭스형 유기전계발광소자.
