Claims (7)
- 삭제
- 광 모듈에 있어서,광신호를 생성하는 광원 및 상기 광신호를 검출해내기 위한 광 검출기와;상기 광원에서 생성된 광신호를 상기 광검출기 측으로 도파시키는 도파로와;상기 광원의 상면에 위치되며 상기 광원에서 생성된 광신호를 상기 도파로의 측면으로 반사시키는 제1 반사 미러와;상기 광 검출기의 상면에 위치되며 상기 도파로에서 출사된 광신호를 수직 하향으로 반사시키는 제2 반사 미러와;상기 도파로 상에 위치된 인쇄 회로 기판 및 상기 도파로 하부에 위치된 하부기판과;상기 인쇄 회로 기판으로부터 상기 하부기판의 상면에 이르도록 형성된 복수의 홈들을 더 포함하며,상기 광원 및 광 검출기 각각은 해당 홈에 안착되고, 상기 제1 및 제2 반사 미러는 상기 인쇄 회로 기판에 광검출기 및 광원을 전기적으로 연결시킴을 특징으로 하는 광 모듈.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 반사 미러는 광신호를 반사시키는 반사면이 입사 또는 반사되는 광신호의 진행 방향에 대해서 35 내지 55도 사이의 각도로 경사지게 형성되거나, 오목하게 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 광 모듈.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 반사 미러는 상기 광원에서 출력된 광신호를 반사시키기 위한 반사면을 포함하며, 상기 반사면은 입사되는 광신호에 대해서 45도로 경사지게 형성되어 상기 광원 상에 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 광 모듈.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 제2 반사 미러는 상기 도파로에서 출사되는 광신호를 상기 광 검출기로 반사시키는 반사면을 포함하며, 상기 반사면은 상기 도파로로부터 입사되는 광신호에 대해서 45도 경사지게 형성되어 상기 광 검출기 상에 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 광 모듈.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 인쇄 회로 기판은 상기 광원 및 상기 광검출기를 구동시키기 위한 구동 회로 패턴들을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광 모듈.
- 제2 항에 있어서, 상기 광 모듈은,상기 각 홈의 내부에 상기 제1 및 제2 반사 미러와, 상기 광원과 상기 광검출기를 둘러싸도록 충진된 굴절률 정합제를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광 모듈.
