Claims (16)
- 통신 센터로부터 복수의 단말로 업데이트 데이터를 송신하는 방법으로서,- 상기 업데이트 데이터에 대해 적어도 하나의 통지 신호를 생성하는 단계와,- 상기 통신 센터에 의해 상기 통지 신호를 송신하는 단계와,- 유저가 자기의 단말을 업데이트하는 것에 동의하는지를 요구하는 메시지를 유저에게 디스플레이하는 것을 트리거하는 상기 통지 신호를 수신하는 단계와,- 상기 통신 센터에 의해 통신 채널 상에서 상기 업데이트 데이터를 송신하는 단계와,- 유저가 동의하는 경우 자기의 단말을 업데이트하는 단계를 포함하는, 업데이트 데이터를 송신하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,- 상기 센터와 상기 단말 중 적어도 일부 사이에 양방향 통신을 형성하는 단계로서, 각 단말은 각 단말의 업데이트 상태의 표시를 상기 센터에 송신하는, 상기 양방향 통신을 형성하는 단계와,- 실제 업데이트된 단말의 수를 상기 센터의 레벨에서 결정하는 단계와,- 업데이트된 단말의 수의 함수로서, 새로운 업데이트 캠페인을 중지하거나 트리거 하는 단계와,- 상기 센터로부터 상기 업데이트 데이터를 다운로드하고 상기 업데이트 데이터를 수신하기 위해 업데이트되지 않은 단말에 의해 점대점 링크(point-to-point link)를 수립하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터를 송신하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 센터에 상기 단말을 연결시에 상기 센터는 통지 신호를 송신하며, 상기 단말은 자기의 업데이트 상태를 체크하며, 업데이트되지 않은 경우, 상기 업데이트 데이터의 다운로드를 시작하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터를 송신하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양방향 통신은 상기 업데이트 캠페인의 외부에 있는 단말의 주도로 일어나며, 상기 단말은 상기 센터의 요청시에 업데이트 표시의 부재(absence)를 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터를 송신하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 업데이트 데이터는 단말의 타입에 따라 다르며, 상기 센터의 레벨에서 단말의 수의 결정은 각 단말의 타입의 함수로서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터를 송신하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 업데이트 데이터는 단말의 제조사에 따라 다르며, 상기 센터의 레벨에서 단말의 수의 결정은 각 단말의 제조사의 함수로서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터를 송신하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 마지막 업데이트 데이터가 송신될 것을 표시하는 정보를 송신하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 유저가 자기의 단말을 업데이트하는 것에 동의하는지를 요청하는 메시지를 유저에게 디스플레이하는 것은 상기 정보가 수신될 때 트리거되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터를 송신하는 방법.
- 통신 센터로부터 메모리를 구비하는 복수의 단말로 송신되는 업데이트 데이터를 수신하는 방법으로서,- 상기 업데이트 데이터에 대해 적어도 하나의 통지 신호를 수신하는 단계와,- 유저가 자기의 단말을 업데이트하는 것에 동의하는지를 요청하는 메시지를 유저에게 디스플레이하는 단계와,- 만약 유저가 동의하는 경우, 상기 단말을 업데이트 데이터 수신 모드로 활성화시키는 단계와,- 상기 업데이트 데이터를 수신하고 메모리에 기록하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터를 수신하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,단말을 실제 업데이팅 한 후에, 상기 단말로부터 적절한 동작 실행 신호를 상기 센터로 송신하는 단계와,단말에 의해 상기 업데이트 표시의 부재를 발송한 이후에 상기 센터로부터 상기 단말로 상기 업데이트 데이터를 점대점 링크를 통해 수신하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터를 수신하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 업데이트 데이터는 단말의 타입의 표시를 포함하며 단말에서의 업데이트는 이 단말의 표시가 단말의 타입에 대응하는 경우 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터를 수신하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 업데이트 데이터는 단말의 제조사의 표시를 포함하며, 단말에서의 업데이트는 이 단말의 표시가 단말의 제조사에 대응하는 경우 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터를 수신하는 방법.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 마지막 업데이트 데이터가 송신될 것을 표시하는 정보를 수신하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 유저가 자기의 단말을 업데이트하는 것에 동의하는지를 요청하는 메시지를 유저에게 디스플레이하는 것은 상기 정보가 수신될 때 트리거되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터를 수신하는 방법.
- 메모리(24)를 구비하며 통신 센터로부터 송신되는 업데이트 데이터를 수신하기 위한 단말(1)에 있어서,상기 업데이트 데이터와 연관된 적어도 하나의 통지 신호를 수신하기 위한 수단(27,3,26)으로서, 상기 통지 신호를 수신하기 위한 수단은 유저가 자기의 단말을 업데이트하는 것에 동의하는지를 요청하는 메시지를 유저에게 디스플레이하는 디스플레이 수단을 트리거하는, 상기 통지 신호를 수신하기 위한 수단(27,3,26)과,만약 유저가 동의하는 경우, 업데이트 데이터를 수신하기 위해 수신 모드를 활성화하는 유저로부터의 응답을 수신하기 위한 입력 수단과,수신된 업데이트 데이터를 기록하기 위한 메모리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터를 수신하기 위한 단말.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 업데이트 데이터를 저장한 이후에 활성화되는 상기 센터와 양방향 통신(7)을 수행하는 수단을 포함하며, 상기 단말은 상기 센터로 향하는 업데이트 수행된 신호를 발송하며, 상기 양방향 통신을 수행하는 수단은 단말이 업데이트되지 않은 경우 상기 센터로부터 유래하는 상기 업데이트 데이터를 수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터를 수신하기 위한 단말.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 메모리(24)는 단말의 타입의 값을 포함하며, 상기 양방향 통신을 수행하는 수단은 상기 업데이트 데이터를 저장한 이후에 상기 값을 발송하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터를 수신하기 위한 단말.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 마지막 업데이트 데이터가 송신될 것을 표시하는 정보를 수신하는 수단을 포함하며, 이 수신 수단은 유저가 자기의 단말을 업데이트하는 것에 동의하는지를 요청하는 메시지를 유저에게 디스플레이 하는 것을 트리거하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 업데이트 데이터를 수신하기 위한 단말.
