Claims (3)
- 이전 프레임 데이터를 저장하는 프레임 메모리와;프레임 주파수를 배가하여 상기 이전 프레임 데이터를 출력하는 타이밍 콘트롤러와;배가된 동일한 프레임 데이터를 상이한 디지털 출력 신호로 변환하는 참조표와;프레임 주기를 가지고 상기 참조표에 의해 변환된 디지털 데이터를 해당 프레임에 맞게 번갈아가며 선택하는 외부 제어신호 POL과;상기 디지털 신호를 아날로그로 신호로 변환하는 디지털-아날로그 변환기를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 능동 구동형 유기발광소자를 이용한 표시장치의 데이터신호 생성장치.
- 이전 프레임 데이터를 저장하는 프레임 메모리와;프레임 주파수를 배가하여 상기 이전 프레임 데이터를 출력하는 타이밍 콘트롤러와;상기 디지털 신호를 아날로그 신호로 변환하는 디지털-아날로그 변환기와;프레임 주기를 가지고 상기 아날로그 신호를 해당 프레임에 맞게 번갈아가며 선택하는 외부 제어신호 POL을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 능동 구동형 유기발광소자 를 이용한 표시장치의 데이터신호 생성장치.
- 데이터 라인과 스캔 라인에 의해 정의되는 각 화소를 선택하는 스위칭 트랜지스터와;상기 데이터 라인으로 인가되는 전압에 따라 해당 전하를 저장하는 캐패시터와;상기 스캔 라인을 통해 전원전압을 수신하며, 상기 스위칭 트랜지스터를 통하여 전달된 화상신호에 따라 해당 전류가 도통되는 구동 트랜지스터와;상기 구동 트랜지스터에 도통되는 전류에 의해 발광하는 유기발광소자(OLED)를 포함하며,상기 데이터 라인에는, 프레임 주기를 가지고 양의 화상데이터(VDATAP)와 음의 화상데이터(VDATAN)가 번갈아가며 인가됨을 특징으로 하는 화소구조.
