Claims (3)
- 일단부가 스트립(1)을 유도하는 핀치롤(B)에 인접하여 설치되고 타단부가 텐션릴(C)에 인접하여 설치되며 한 쌍의 근접감지센서(6)가 고정되는 감지센서홀(5)이 길이방향으로 표면상에 이격되어 형성되고 한 쌍의 가이드홈(2a)이 판의 길이방향단부로부터 내측으로 형성된 스트립유도판(2), 상기 스트립유도판(2)의 일단부가 회동가능하게 지지하며 스트립유도판(2)의 높이를 감지하기 위한 한 쌍의 위치검출센서(9)가 고정된 유도판고정빔(3), 상기 유도판고정빔(3)에 설치되어 상기 스트립유도판(2)을 일단부를 중심으로 상하회동시키기 위한 업/다운실린더(7), 상기 스트립유도판(2)의 표면을 통과하는 스트립(1)의 단부위치를 감지하고 정확한 위치로 유도하기 위한 것으로 유도롤(16)과 스트립감지센서(17)를 수납하는 유도롤고정대(15), 상기 유도롤고정대(15)를 상기 가이드홈(2a)을 따라서 수평이동시키는 유도롤이동실린더(18), 상기 유도롤고정대(15)와 상기 유도롤이동실린더(18)를 연결하기 위한 이동바연결플레이트(19)와 유도롤이동바(20), 상기 업/다운실린더(7)와 상기 유도롤이동실린더(18)를 작동시키기 위한 유압제어부(22)와, 장치 전반을 제어하기 위한 프로그램이 내장된 장치제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립의 권취위치 조정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유도롤고정대(15)가 상기 가이드홈(2a)을 따라서 원활하게 수평이동할 수 있도록 내부에 공간부(11a)가 형성되고 일측표면의 중간부분에 홈(11b)이 형성된 유도롤레일(11)과, 상기 유도롤레일(11)의 내측에 삽입되어 활주하며 회전바퀴(13)과 회전바퀴 연결핀(14)에 의하여 고정되고 일측단부가 상기 유도롤고정대(15)의 측면에 고정되며, 상기 유도롤이동바(20)가 측면하부에 연결되는 유도롤레일이동바(12)가 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립의 권취위치 조정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이동바연결플레이트(19)가 하방으로 연장된 원기둥을 가지며, 상기 유도롤이동바(20)가 단부에 중앙에 구멍이 형성된 원형의 플레이트가 연결되며, 상기 원기둥에 상기 구멍을 삽입하여 결합됨으로서 상기 유도롤이동실린더(18)의 로드작동에 따라서 상기 유도롤고정대(15)가 동시에 동일한 간격으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립의 권취위치 조정장치.
