Claims (6)
- 폐 합성수지를 절단하는 파쇄공정과;상기 절단된 폐 합성수지를 원료투입장치를 이용하여 1차 반응기에 투입하는 투입공정과;상기 폐 합성수지를 투입한 1차 반응기에 실리콘 분말활성화 산물로서 Al2O3, SiO2, NaHCO3 가 포함된 1차촉매제를 투입하고 교반시키면서 가열하는 용융공정과;상기 1차 반응기로부터 발생된 기체를 1차 접촉 촉매재를 통과시켜 응축시킨 후 혼합유 저장탱크에 저장하는 제1차응축공정과,상기 혼합유저장조에 저장된 혼합유를 제 2차 반응기에 공급하는 혼압유 공급공정과, 상기 제 2차 반응기로부터 발생된 가스를 증류탑을 통과시켜 비등점 차이에 의해 발생된 가스를 제 2차 접촉 촉매재를 통과시킨 후 응축시켜 휘발유, 경유, 가스로 분리하는 제 2차 응축공정을 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐합성수지의 유화방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 1차 반응기로부터 1차 미분해유를 배출하여 제 3차 반응기로 공급하여 유화시키는 제 1차 미분해유 정제공정과,상기 제 2차 반응기로부터 2차 미분해유를 배출하여 제 4 반응기로 공급하는 유화시키는 제2차 미분해유 정제공정을 더 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐합성수지의 유화 방법.
- 제 1항 및 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제 1,2응축공정과 상기 제 1,2차 미분해유 정제공정에서 응축되지 않은 가스를 포집하여 정제 후 제 1,2,3,4 반응기의 열원으로 사용할 수 있도록 하는 가스 포집공정을 더 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐합성수지의 유화 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 2차 접촉식 촉매재 Al2O3 분자체를 담체에 Pd, Ni, Au가 담지된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐합성수지의 유화 방법.
- 내부공간부를 가지며 하면이 내측으로 만곡된 만곡부를 가지는 저장탱크와, 상기 저장탱크를 소정 간격 이격되도록 감싸는 외통과, 상기 외통에 설치되는 제 1버너와, 상기 난곡부의 하부에 설치되는 제 2버너와, 저장탱크의 내부에 설치되는 교반기와, 상기 저장탱크의 하부에 설치되어 미 분해유를 배출하기 위한 배출수단과, 상기 저장탱크의 상부 측에 설치되어 미 분해유 또는 원료를 공급하기 위한 공급수단을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐 합성수지 유화용 반응기.
