Claims (28)
- 결합된 이성분 실 및 제2 실을 포함하는 합성 중합체 실이며, 상기 합성 중합체 실이, 각각 상이한 수축율을 가지고 이성분 실에 벌키 효과를 생성하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 이성분 필라멘트 실, 및 제2 필라멘트 실을 포함하는 이성분 효과 실인 것인 합성 중합체 실.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이성분 실의 제1 성분 및 제2 성분이 각각 개별적으로 폴리아미드, 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스테르, 비스코스 중합체 또는 아세테이트의 단일중합체, 공중합체, 3원공중합체 및 이들의 배합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 성분으로부터 형성되는 것인 합성 중합체 실.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 또는 제2 성분이 나일론 66, 나일론 6, 나일론 7, 나일론 10, 나일론 12, 나일론 46, 나일론 610, 나일론 612, 나일론 1212 또는 이들의 임의의 배합물에서 선택되는 폴리아미드로부터 형성되는 것인 합성 중합체 실.
- 결합된 이성분 실 및 제2 실을 포함하며, 상기 이성분 실의 제1 성분 및 제2 성분이 각각 개별적으로 나일론 66, 나일론 6, 나일론 7, 나일론 10, 나일론 12, 나일론 46, 나일론 610, 나일론 612, 나일론 1212 또는 이들의 임의의 배합물에서 선택되는 폴리아미드로부터 형성되고, 상기 폴리아미드가 추가의 디카르복실산 또는 디아민과 공중합되는 것인 합성 중합체 실.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드가 아디프산, 헥사메틸렌 디아민, 및 폴리-2-메틸펜타메틸렌아디프아미드로부터 형성되는 것인 합성 중합체 실.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이성분 실이 적어도 제1 성분 및 제2 성분을 포함하며, 상기 제1 성분 및 상기 제2 성분은 상이한 상대 점도를 갖는 것인 합성 중합체 실.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 실이 폴리아미드, 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스테르, 비스코스 중합체, 아세테이트, 면, 모, 실크 및 이들의 배합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 중합체의 단일중합체, 공중합체, 3원공중합체 및 이들의 배합물에서 선택되는 것인 합성 중합체 실.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2 실이 비-탄성인 합성 중합체 실.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2 실이 용융-방사성인 합성 중합체 실.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2 실이 나일론 66, 나일론 6, 나일론 7, 나일론 10, 나일론 12, 나일론 46, 나일론 610, 나일론 612, 나일론 1212 및 이들의 배합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것인 합성 중합체 실.
- 결합된 이성분 실 및 제2 실을 포함하며, 상기 이성분 실이 폴리-2-메틸펜타메틸렌아디프아미드와 공중합되는 나일론 66을 형성하기 위하여 사용되는 단량체를 포함하는 제1 성분 및 나일론 66을 포함하는 제2 성분을 포함하고, 상기 제2 실이 나일론 66의 단일중합체를 포함하는 것인 합성 중합체 실.
- 제1항 또는 제11항의 합성 중합체 실을 포함하는 직물.

- 제12항의 직물을 포함하는 의복류.

- 이성분 실을 제2 실과 상호결합하는 것을 포함하는 합성 중합체 실을 제조하는 방법이며, 상기 이성분 실이 적어도 서로 상이한 수축율을 갖는 제1 성분 및 제2 성분을 포함하고, 상기 합성 중합체 실이, 각각 상이한 수축율을 가지고 이성분 실에 벌키 효과를 생성하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 이성분 필라멘트 실, 및 제2 필라멘트 실을 포함하는 이성분 효과 실인 것인 합성 중합체 실을 제조하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 제1 성분 및 제2 성분이 각각 개별적으로 폴리아미드, 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스테르, 비스코스 중합체 및 아세테이트로 이루어지는 군에 서 선택되는 중합체의 단일중합체, 공중합체, 3원공중합체 및 이들의 배합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제17항의 방법에 따라 생산된 제품.

- 각각 상이한 수축율을 가지고, 이성분 실에 벌키 효과를 생성하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 이성분 필라멘트 실, 및 제2 필라멘트 실을 포함하는 이성분 효과 실.

- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 이성분 실 및 제2 실은 각각 연속상 필라멘트이며, 이성분 실의 제1 성분은 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트) 및 그의 공중합체로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되고 이성분 실의 제2 성분은 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트) 및 폴리(테트라메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것인 실.
- 제21항에 있어서, 제2 필라멘트 실이 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트) 및 그의 공중합체로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 중합체를 포함하는 실.
- 제21항에 있어서, 제2 필라멘트 실이 나일론 66, 나일론 6 및 이들의 공중합체로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 중합체를 포함하는 실.
- 제24항에 있어서, 이성분의 제2 성분이 폴리(트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트)인 실.
- 제21항의 실을 포함하는 편직물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 편직 구성을 갖는 직물.
