- (S1) 전자 전도도가 10-5S/Cm 미만이며, 하기 화학식 1, 화학식 3 및 화학식 4로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 저전자전도성 리튬금속복합산화물로 된 입자들과 비정질계 탄소입자들을 회전식 가공기에 투입하는 단계;(S2) 상기 회전식 가공기에서 리튬 금속복합산화물로 된 입자들과 비정질계 탄소입자들을 기계적으로 교반시켜 입자들 사이에 마찰을 유도하므로서 리튬금속복합산화물로 된 입자들 표면에 비정질계 탄소 코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 및(S3) 상기 (S2)단계에 따라 얻어진 결과물을 비활성 분위기에서 500 내지 800℃에서 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질의 제조방법;<화학식 1>육방정계의 층상암연 구조를 갖는 LiNi(1-x-y)CoxMnyO2상기 화학식 1에서, 0.5<x+y<1.0이고, 0.1<y<0.6임,<화학식 2>육방정계의 층상암연 구조를 갖는 LiNi(1-x-y)CoxMnyMzO2상기 화학식 2에서, M은 Ti, Sn, Mg 및 W로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 원소이고, 0.5<x+y<1.0이고, 0.1<y<0.6이고, 0<z<0.1임,<화학식 4>큐빅구조를 갖는 Li[Mn2-xMx]O4상기 화학식 4에서, M은 Co, Ni, Cr, Al 및 Mg로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 원소이고, 0≤x≤0.1임.

- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 리튬금속복합산화물로 된 입자들의 평균입경은 3 내지 15㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 비정질계 탄소 코팅층은 양극 활물질 총 중량을 기준으로 3 내지 15중량%의 함량으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 비정질계 탄소입자들은 아세틸렌블랙, 케첸블랙 및 카본블랙으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 물질로 된 탄소입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질의 제조방법.
