Claims (7)
- 서열번호: 6에 기재된 핵산 서열과 90% 이상의 동일성을 가진 핵산 서열로 구성된 프로모터.
- 제 1항에 따른 프로모터 및 이에 작동가능하게 연결된 이종 단백질을 코딩하는 핵산 서열이 포함된 재조합 발현 벡터.
- 제 2항에 따른 재조합 발현 벡터로 형질전환 또는 형질감염된 숙주세포.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 효모인 것을 특징으로 하는 숙주세포.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 피키아 파스토리스인 것을 특징으로 하는 숙주세포.
- 제 3항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 숙주세포를 배양하여 이종 단백질이 발현되도록 하는 단계 및 배양물로부터 상기 이종 단백질을 분리하는 단계를 포함한 이종 단백질의 제조방법.
- 서열번호: 5에 기재된 핵산 서열을 갖는 피키아 파스토리스의 TEF 유전자.
