Description
Claims (10)
- 각각 다른 작업을 수행하는 복수의 작업모듈;상기 복수의 작업모듈을 고정하는 복수의 모듈 고정부를 포함하는 모듈 스테이션; 및수행할 작업에 따라 상기 모듈 스테이션으로부터 상기 복수의 작업모듈 중의 하나를 선택하여 결합하고, 상기 모듈 스테이션과 통신하여 상기 모듈 스테이션이 상기 모듈 고정부를 해제하도록 한 후, 결합한 상기 작업모듈에 대응되는 이동경로를 스스로 주행하며 작업을 수행하는 이동로봇;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교환가능한 복수의 작업모듈을 갖는 이동로봇 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이동로봇은,본체에 설치되는 구동부;상기 본체의 일측에 설치되며, 상기 복수의 작업모듈 중의 하나와 결합되는 모듈 도킹부;상기 본체의 일측에 상기 모듈 도킹부의 주위에 설치되며, 결합된 작업모듈로 전기를 공급하는 전기연결부;상기 전기연결부의 일측에 설치되며, 결합된 작업모듈과 신호를 주고받는 신호연결부; 및상기 본체에 설치되며, 상기 구동부를 제어하여 상기 모듈 도킹부, 전기연결부, 신호연결부가 상기 복수의 작업모듈 중의 하나와 연결되도록 한 후, 작업을 수행하는 로봇 제어부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교환가능한 복수의 작업모듈을 갖는 이동로봇 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 로봇 제어부는,상기 복수의 작업모듈에 대응되는 복수의 이동경로를 저장하는 메모리를 포함하며, 상기 메모리에 저장된 상기 복수의 이동경로 중 상기 모듈 도킹부에 결합된 작업모듈에 대응되는 이동경로를 선택하여 그에 따라 주행하도록 상기 구동부를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교환가능한 복수의 작업모듈을 갖는 이동로봇 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 작업모듈은,모듈 본체;상기 모듈 본체에 설치되며, 소정의 작업을 수행하는 작업부;상기 모듈 본체의 일측에 설치되며, 상기 모듈 스테이션의 모듈 고정부에 고정되는 피고정부;상기 모듈 본체의 타측에 설치되며, 상기 이동로봇의 모듈 도킹부에 결합되는 피도킹부; 및상기 모듈 본체의 타측에 상기 피도킹부의 근처에 설치되며, 상기 이동로봇의 신호연결부 및 전기연결부에 각각 연결되는 피신호연결부 및 피전기연결부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교환가능한 복수의 작업모듈을 갖는 이동로봇 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 작업모듈의 작업부는,각각 진공청소장치, 물걸레청소장치, 살균장치, 공기청정장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 교환가능한 복수의 작업모듈을 갖는 이동로봇 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 모듈 도킹부는 전자석으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 교환가능한 복수의 작업모듈을 갖는 이동로봇 시스템.
- 이동로봇이 작업에 사용할 작업모듈을 선정하는 단계;상기 이동로봇이 모듈 스테이션의 모듈 고정부에 고정된 사용할 작업모듈을 결합하고, 상기 모듈 스테이션과 통신하여 상기 모듈 고정부로부터 상기 작업모듈을 분리하는 단계; 및상기 이동로봇이 결합한 작업모듈을 이용하여 작업을 수행하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동로봇 시스템의 제어방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 이동로봇에 작업모듈이 결합되어 있으면, 현재 결합되어 있는 작업모듈이 사용할 작업모듈인가를 판단하는 단계; 및상기 결합되어 있는 작업모듈이 사용할 작업모듈이 아니면, 상기 결합되어 있는 작업모듈을 상기 모듈 스테이션에 분리고정시키는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동로봇 시스템의 제어방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 작업모듈의 분리고정단계는,상기 이동로봇에 결합되어 있는 작업모듈을 분리 고정할 상기 모듈 스테이션의 위치를 확인하는 단계;상기 이동로봇이 상기 결합되어 있는 작업모듈을 확인된 상기 모듈 스테이션의 위치에 고정시키는 단계; 및상기 이동로봇이 상기 결합되어 있는 작업모듈을 분리하고 이동하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동로봇 시스템의 제어방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 작업모듈의 결합단계는,상기 이동로봇이 사용할 작업모듈의 위치를 확인하는 단계;상기 이동로봇이 이동하여 상기 작업모듈에 도킹하는 단계;상기 이동로봇이 도킹완료신호를 발신하는 단계; 및상기 모듈 스테이션이 상기 도킹완료신호를 수신하면, 상기 작업모듈의 고정을 해제하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동로봇 시스템의 제어방법.
