Claims (7)
- 유체 매개물 사이에서 열을 교환하기 위한 2개 이상의 분리되는 회로를 가지는 플레이트 열교환기(1)를 포함하고, 상기 회로들은 복수의 상호 연결되는 적층된 플레이트(2)로 형성되며, 상기 플레이트 열교환기(1)는 각각의 회로에 대한 개방된 입구(9,11) 및 출구(10,22)를 갖으며, 각각의 입구(11) 및 출구(22)는 열교환기 플레이트(2)의 방향에 수직인 플레이트 열교환기(1)로 연장되는 실린더형 포트(7,8)와 통하고, 각각의 포트(7,8)는 회로들중 하나의 회로와 통하는, 촉매 처리 후 또은 그 이전에 분리 유체 매개물과 유체 사이에 열교환이 일어나고 유체를 촉매처리하기 위한 장치에서,상기 포트들 중 하나 이상의 포트(7)는 하나 이상의 볼트(14)에 의해 실제 포트(7)에 탈착가능하게 연결된 플랜지(12)를 포함하는 금속망 촉매요소(21)를 수용하여 포트(7)를 통과하는 유체는 동시에 금속망 촉매요소(21)를 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공기와 연료를 연소하기 위해 점화기(20)와 함께 상기 금속망 촉매요소(21)는 플레이트 열교환기의 입구 포트(7)에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속망 촉매요소(21)는 플레이트 열교환기에서 예비 가열되는 유체를 촉매분해하기 위해 열교환기(1)의 출구 포트(7)에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2 항 혹은 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 금속망 촉매요소(21)는 유동경로에 일렬로 배열된 최소한 두개로 분리된 금속망 촉매제(15,17,19)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 분리된 금속망 촉매제들 중 최소한 하나(17,19)는 포트(7)의 거의 총 길이에 따라 연장되고 실린더 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 두 개의 금속망 촉매제들 중 하나(15)는 부분적인 구형인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속망 촉매제(15,17,19)는 Pd 금속 그룹이나 적합한 산화금속을 포함하는데 열저항성 금속 혹은 열저항성 금속합금 망(net)으로 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
