Claims (5)
- 반경방향으로 소정의 간격을 두고 외측고정자와 내측고정자가 설치되고, 그 외측고정자와 내측고정자 사이에 가동자가 직선으로 왕복운동을 하도록 설치되는 리니어모터;상기 리니어모터의 내측고정자에 설치되는 제1 실린더;상기 제1 실린더에 미끄러지게 삽입되어 제1 압축실을 형성하는 제1 피스톤;상기 제1 실린더와 소정의 간격을 두고 설치되는 제2 실린더;상기 제1 피스톤에 반대방향으로 움직이도록 결합되고 상기 제2 실린더에 미끄러지게 삽입되어 제2 압축실을 형성하는 제2 피스톤; 및상기 제1 피스톤과 제2 피스톤 중에서 어느 한 쪽 피스톤으로 냉매를 안내하도록 설치되어 그 일측에 다른 쪽 피스톤을 연결하는 흡입머플러;를 포함한 2-실린더 리니어 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 흡입머플러에 의해 냉매가 안내되는 피스톤의 내부에는 해당 실린더의 압축실과 연통되도록 흡입유로가 관통 형성되고, 그 선단면에 상기 흡입유로를 개폐하는 흡입밸브가 결합되는 2-실린더 리니어 압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 피스톤과 제2 피스톤은 흡입머플러에 설치되는 연결로드를 이용하여 자동 조심될 수 있도록 전방위로 회동 가능하게 결합되는 2-실린더 리니어 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 연결로드는 흡입머플러에 결합되는 플랜지부가 형성되고, 그 플랜지부에 복수의 냉매통공이 흡입유로와 연통되도록 관통 형성되는 2-실린더 리니어 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 흡입머플러에 의해 냉매가 안내되지 않는 피스톤의 선단면은 막힌 형상으로 형성되어 해당 실린더의 선단측에 흡입측밸브부와 토출측밸브부가 구비된 밸브조립체가 설치되는 2-실린더 리니어 압축기.
