Description
Claims (15)
- 간격을 두고 대향 배치되며, 그 사이 공간에서 다수로 구획되는 방전셀이 구비되는 제1 기판과 제2 기판;상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이에서 제1 방향을 따라 벋어 형성되는 제1 전극;상기 제2 기판 위에서 상기 제1 전극과 이격되면서 상기 제1 방향과 교차하는 제2 방향을 따라 벋어 형성되며, 상기 제2 기판으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 확장되어 서로의 사이에 공간을 두고 대향하도록 형성되는 제2 전극과 제3 전극; 및상기 제2 전극 및 상기 제3 전극의 외면에 형성되는 유전층을 포함하고,상기 유전층은, 상기 제2 전극과 상기 제3 전극의 서로 대향하는 면에 형성되는 제1 유전층부와, 상기 제1 유전층부보다 더 작은 유전율을 가지면서 상기 제1 유전층부 위에 적층 형성되는 제2 유전층부를 포함하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 기판측에 인접하여 상기 방전셀을 구획하는 격벽을 포함하고,상기 격벽은 상기 제1 방향으로 벋어 형성되는 제1 격벽부재와, 상기 제2 방향으로 벋어 형성되는 제2 격벽부재를 포함하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 전극은 상기 제2 기판상에 형성되고, 상기 제2 방향으로 이웃하는 방전셀들의 경계를 지나도록 배치되는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 전극은 각 방전셀의 중심을 향해 돌출하는 투명 전극을 포함하고, 상기 투명 전극은 상기 제2 전극보다 상기 제3 전극에 더 가깝게 위치하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 전극 및 상기 제3 전극은 상기 제1 방향으로 이웃하는 방전셀들의 경계를 지나면서 상기 제1 방향을 따라 교대로 배열되는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 유전층부는 상기 제2 전극과 상기 제3 전극의 서로 대향하는 면에 형성되는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제1 방향으로 측정되는 상기 제2 유전층부의 폭은 상기 제1 유전층부의 폭보다 더 작은 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제2 전극 또는 상기 제3 전극의 상기 제1 기판에 대향하는 면을 덮으면서 상기 제2 유전층부 위에 제3 유전층부가 형성되는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 유전층부는 상기 제1 유전층부보다 상기 제2 전극 또는 상기 제3 전극의 상기 제1 기판에 대향하는 면에 더 가깝게 위치하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 기판에 수직한 방향으로 측정되는 상기 제2 유전층부의 길이는 상기 제1 유전층부의 길이보다 작게 형성되는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 간격을 두고 대향 배치되며, 그 사이 공간에서 다수로 구획되는 방전셀이 구비되는 제1 기판과 제2 기판;상기 제1 기판과 상기 제2 기판 사이에서 제1 방향을 따라 벋어 형성되는 제1 전극;상기 제2 기판 위에서 상기 제1 전극과 이격되면서 상기 제1 방향과 교차하는 제2 방향을 따라 벋어 형성되며, 상기 제2 기판으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 확 장되어 서로의 사이에 공간을 두고 대향하도록 형성되는 제2 전극과 제3 전극; 및상기 제2 전극 및 상기 제3 전극의 외면에 형성되는 유전층을 포함하고,상기 유전층은 상기 제2 전극과 상기 제3 전극의 서로 대향하는 면에 형성되는 제1 유전층부와, 상기 제1 유전층부보다 더 작은 유전율을 가지면서 상기 제2 전극 또는 상기 제3 전극의 상기 제1 기판에 대향하는 면을 덮는 제4 유전층부를 포함하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 제2 전극 및 상기 제3 전극은 상기 제1 방향으로 이웃하는 방전셀들의 경계를 지나면서 상기 제1 방향을 따라 교대로 배열되는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 제2 기판에 수직한 방향으로 측정되는 상기 제4 유전층부의 두께는 상기 제2 전극 또는 제3 전극의 상기 제1 기판에 대향하는 면의 중심에서부터 가장자리를 향하는 방향으로 갈수록 더 얇게 형성되는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 제1 유전층부는 유전율이 서로 다른 복수의 유전층부가 적층 형성되는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 복수의 유전층부는 상기 제2 기판으로부터 멀어지는 방향을 따라 유전율이 작은 순서로 적층 형성되는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
