Claims (17)
- 화상수용체와, 상기 화상수용체와 대면된 현상롤러를 구비한 현상기를 포함하며, 상기 현상기 중의 토너가 소모되었을 때에 상기 현상기로 토너를 보충할 수 있는 현상장치에 있어서,상기 현상기는 그 내부의 토너를 교반시켜 상기 현상롤러로 이송시키는 둘 이상의 교반기를 구비하며,상기 교반기에 의한 토너의 이동속도는 현상프로세스속도보다 작으며,보충되는 토너는 기 사용되던 토너와 코어와 외첨제 중 적어도 어느 한 쪽이 다른 토너이며, 두 토너의 대전량을 각각 Q1, Q2라 할 때에 0.6<Q1/Q2<1.7을 만족하며, Q1과 Q2의 절대치는 각각 10μC/g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 현상장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,두 토너가 혼합된 경우의 대전량을 Q12라 하면, Q1/Q12와 Q2/Q12는 각각 0.6 내지 1.7범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 현상장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 현상롤러 상의 두 토너의 단위중량당의 대전량(Q/M)과 단위면적당의 토너중량(M/A)는 그 차이가 각각 40% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 현상장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 현상기는 4개 이하의 교반기를 구비하는 것을 특징을 하는 현상장치.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 또는 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,두 토너의 코어를 형성하는 수지는 폴리에스테르계인 것을 특징으로 하는 현상장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 두 토너의 체적평균입경은 모두 4-12 ㎛ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 현상장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 두 토너의 입경 5 ㎛이하인 입자의 함량의 차이는 개수기준으로 15%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 현상장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,두 토너의 체적평균입경의 차이가 1.5 ㎛ 이내인 것을 특징으로 현상장치.
