Claims (3)
- EPS 시스템에서 DC 모터의 각속도를 추정하는 방법에 있어서,모터 단자 전압 VM+이 모터 단자 전압 VM_보다 크면 모터 구동 조향장치에서 검출된 모터 전류(I)의 크기가 일정값( )과 같거나 큰지를 판단하는 제1단계와, 상기 제1단계의 판단 결과, 모터 전류(I)의 크기가 일정값( )보다 작다면 모터 저항값(R)을 적절하게 조정한 후 수학식1의 각속도 추정식을 통해 DC 모터의 각속도를 구하고, 상기 모터 전류(I)의 크기가 일정값( )과 같거나 크다면 바로 수학식1의 각속도 추정식을 통해 DC 모터의 각속도를 구하는 제2단계와, 상기 제1단계에서 모터 단자 전압 VM+이 모터 단자 전압 VM_보다 작은 경우 모터 전류(I)의 크기가 일정값( )과 같거나 큰지를 판단하여, 모터 전류 (I)의 크기가 일정값( )보다 작다면 모터 저항값(R)을 적절하게 조정한 후 수학식2의 각속도 추정식을 통해 DC 모터의 각속도를 구하고, 상기 모터 전류(I)의 크기가 일정값 ( )과 같거나 크다면 바로 수학식2의 각속도 추정식을 통해 DC 모터의 각속도를 구하는 제3단계로 이루어지는 제1과정과;모터 단자 전압 VM_이 모터 단자 전압 VM+ 보다 크면 모터 전류(I)의 크기가 일정값( )과 같거나 큰지를 판단하는 제1단계와, 상기 제1단계의 판단 결과, 모터 전류(I)의 크기가 일정값( )보다 작다면 모터 저항값(R)을 적절하게 조정한 후 수학식2의 각속도 추정식을 통해 DC 모터의 각속도를 구하고, 상기 모터 전류(I)의 크기가 일정값( )과 같거나 크다면 바로 수학식2의 각속도 추정식을 통해 DC 모터의 각속도를 구하는 제2단계와, 상기 제1단계에서 모터 단자 전압 VM_이 모터 단자 전압 VM+ 보다 작은 경우 모터 전류(I)의 크기가 일정값( )과 같거나 큰지를 판단하여, 모터 전류 (I)의 크기가 일정값( )보다 작다면 모터 저항값(R)을 적절하게 조정한 후 수학식1의 각속도 추정식을 통해 DC 모터의 각속도를 구하고, 상기 모터 전류(I)의 크기가 일정값( )과 같거나 크다면 바로 수학식1의 같은 각속도 추정식을 통해 DC 모터의 각속도를 구하는 제3단계로 이루어지는 제2과정;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동식 파워 스티어링 시스템에서의 DC 모터 각 속도 추정방법.[수학식 1][수학식 2]
