- 적어도 표층부(43)는 매트릭스수지(44) 중에 불소수지 입자(45)가 분산되어 이루어지며, 이 표층부(43)의 표면이 습동면을 구성하는 습동부재에 있어서,상기 표층부(43)의 습동면은, 이 표층부(43)와 랩핑정반(51)의 사이에 연마입자(57)를 분산시킨 연마액(58)을 개재시켜 가압상태에서 행하는 랩핑연마에 의해, 표면거칠기(Ra)가 0.03㎛ 이상 0.2㎛ 이하로 되고,상기 습동면에 다수의 불소수지 입자(45)가 분산되어 노출되고, 이 불소수지 입자(45)의 노출부(45a)가 상기 매트릭스수지(44)에 매입된 부분보다 바깥쪽으로 이 습동면을 따라 넓어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 습동부재.
- 적어도 표층부(43)는 매트릭스수지(44) 중에 불소수지 입자(45)가 분산되어 이루어지며, 이 표층부(43)의 표면이 습동면을 구성하는 습동부재에 있어서,상기 표층부(43)의 습동면은, 이 표층부(43)와 랩핑정반(51)의 사이에 연마입자(57)를 분산시킨 연마액(58)을 개재시켜 가압상태에서 행하는 랩핑연마에 의해, 표면거칠기(Ra)가 0.03㎛ 이상 0.2㎛ 이하로 되고,상기 습동면의 불소원소 존재율이, 상기 표층부(43)의 습동면 아래 불소원소 존재율의 1.25배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 습동부재.
- 적어도 표층부(43)는 매트릭스수지(44) 중에 불소수지 입자(45)가 분산되어 이루어지는 소재(56)를 형성하며,상기 소재(56)의 표층부(43)와 랩핑정반(51)의 사이에 연마입자(57)를 분산시킨 연마액(58)을 개재시켜, 이 표층부(43) 표면을 가압상태에서 랩핑(lapping) 연마함으로써, 이 표층부(43)의 표면거칠기(Ra)를 0.03㎛ 이상 0.2㎛ 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습동부재의 제조방법.
