Claims (6)
- 상부 기판과, 상기 상부 기판에 이격 대향하는 하부 기판 및 상기 상부 기판과 상기 하부 기판 사이에 액정층이 개재된 액정 패널;상기 액정 패널 양측에 각각 마련된 상하부 와이드 뷰 위상 보상 필름;상기 상하부 와이드 뷰 위상 보상 필름 외측에 각각 마련된 상하부 편광판; 및상기 상부 와이드 뷰 위상 보상 필름과 상기 상부 편광판 사이 및 상기 하부 와이드 뷰 위상 보상 필름과 상기 하부 편광판 사이 중 어느 한 곳에 삽입되며 흡수축이 상기 상부 또는 하부 편광판의 흡수축과 평행하게 형성된 이축성 위상 보상 필름을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 오씨비 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상하부 와이드 뷰 위상 보상 필름 중 어느 한 와이드 뷰 위상 보상 필름과 상기 이축성 위상 보상 필름에 의한 위상 지연 범위는 367~407㎚ 이내의 두께 방향값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 오씨비 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이축성 위상 보상 필름의 위상 지연 범위는 40~80㎚ 이내의 정면값과 230~270㎚ 이내의 두께 방향값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 오씨비 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이축성 위상 보상 필름은 (nx-ny)ㆍd=40~80㎚ 이내이고, (nz-nx)ㆍd=-230~-270㎚ 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 오씨비 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 액정층을 이루는 액정 분자의 Z축 타원 계수는 3~6㎛ 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 오씨비 모드 액정표시장치.
