Claims (3)
- 전자부품이나 표면실장된 인쇄회로기판 등의 피세척물에 잔존하는 이물질이나 플럭스를 제거하기 위하여 세척실(10)과 건조실(30)을 구비한 공압용 자동세척장치에 있어서,상기 세척실(10)에는 지그부(12)와 제1세척탱크(11) 사이에 제2차단막(13)이 구비되고,상기 지그부(12)에는 피세척물(29)이 다수개 삽입된 지그(27)가 지그고정부(26)에 연결되며, 지그고정부(26)의 일측에는 에어모터(22)에 의해서 구동되는 회전발생부(23)와 진동발생부(24)가 회전축(25)에 의하여 연결되고, 회전축(25)과 연결된 지그고정부(26)와 지그(27) 및 피세척물(29)이 회전과 동시에 진동하는 구성과,상기 제1세척탱크(11)의 일측에는 1차세척액이 필터링 되면서 순환되도록 배수관(33)과 제1필터(16)가 구비되어 펌프부(17)에 의하여 순환되는 구성과,상기 제2차단막(13)이 열리면 지그고정부(26)가 하강하여 제1세척탱크(11) 내의 세척액 속에 삽입되어 회전함과 동시에 진동운동을 하면서 피세척물(29)에 잔존하는 이물질이나 플럭스를 1차제거 한 후 진동발생부(24)와 펌프부(17)가 정지되어 진동은 멈추고 회전발생부(23)만 작동하여 지그고정부(26)가 회전하면서 상승되고 지그부(12)의 원위치로 복귀하는 구성과,상기 지그고정부(26)의 상부와 좌우양측에 구비된 노즐바(20)의 노즐(21)을 통해서 에어가 공급되어 1차에어 분사를 하면서 1차세척액을 불어내고, 1차세척액은 제1세척탱크(11)에 낙하되며, 제2차단막(13)이 닫혀서 1차세척 공정을 완료하는 구성을 특징으로 하는 공압을 이용한 진동과 스프레이 겸용 자동세척장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제2차단막(13)의 하부 일측에는 회수관(14)이 구비되어 제2세척(린스)액을 제2세척탱크(15)로 회수하고, 제2세척탱크(15)에는 제2세척액을 필터링 하는 제2필터(18)가 연결되며, 펌프부(17)에 의하여 이송관(19)으로 2차세척액을 전달하고, 이송관(19)은 노즐바(20)에 연결되고, 노즐바(20)의 노즐(21)을 통해서 지그고정부(26)에 2차세척액을 분사하는 구성과,상기에서 2차세척(린스)액의 분사가 완료되면 노즐바(20)의 노즐(21)을 통해서 에어가 공급되어 2차세척액을 불어내며 제2차단막(13)에 2차세척액을 낙하시켜서 2차세척(린스) 공정을 완료하는 구성을 특징으로 하는 공압을 이용한 진동과 스프레이 겸용 자동세척장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 2차세척 공정이 완료되면 세척실(10)과 건조실(30) 사이의 제1차단막(2)이 열리고, 지그고정부(26)가 세척실(10)에서 건조실(30)로 이동된 후 제1차단막(2)이 닫혀서 세척실(10)과 건조실(30)이 분리되는 구성과,상기 건조실(30)의 하부 및 좌우에 구비된 에어공급부(31)에서 지그고정부(26)의 지그(27) 및 피세척물(29)에 에어가 분사되고, 건조실(30) 내의 에어를 외부로 강제 배출하기 위한 강제배기부(32)가 구비되어 에어를 외부로 배출시키면서 건조작업을 수행하는 구성을 특징으로 하는 공압을 이용한 진동과 스프레이 겸용 자동세척장치.
