- 공기를 송출하는 송풍기와,일단에 상기 송풍기가 배치되고, 타단에 취출구가 형성된 송풍경로와,상기 송풍경로 중에 배치되고, 방전면을 가지는 이온발생장치와,상기 송풍기로부터 상기 이온발생장치에 이르는 송풍경로에 배치되고, 상기 송풍기로부터 상기 이온발생장치에 이르는 송풍경로 내의 공기의 흐트러짐을 정류하는 정류장치를 구비하고,상기 이온발생장치는 상기 방전면을 통과하는 공기에 이온을 생성하고,상기 송풍경로는 상기 이온발생장치가 배치된 위치로부터 상기 취출구를 향해 서서히 단면의 애스펙트비가 커지게 되고,상기 이온발생장치에서 상기 방전면을 통과하는 유체의 흐름에 대해 대략 수직인 방향의 폭을 wl, 상기 방전면에 대향하는 상기 송풍경로의 폭을 w2로 하면,0.7×wl≤w2≤1.3×wl인 것을 특징으로 하는 이온확산장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 송풍경로의 상기 이온발생장치가 배치된 위치에서 단면의 애스펙트비 AR이, AR≤2인 것을 특징으로 하는 이온확산장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 정류장치로서 좁아지는 부분이 제공되어 있고,상기 좁아지는 부분은, 상기 이온발생장치에 가까워짐에 따라 단면적이 매끄럽게 작아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온확산장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 송풍경로의 상기 취출구에서 단면의 애스펙트비 AR이, 2≤AR≤20인 것을 특징으로 하는 이온확산장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 송풍경로의 상기 취출구에서 단면의 애스펙트비 AR이, 5≤AR≤22인 것을 특징으로 하는 이온확산장치.
