- 서열번호 4의 아미노산 서열을 가지는 푸마레이트 하이드라타제(fumarate hydratase) C를 코딩하는 서열번호 3의 염기서열을 가지는 유전자(fumC) 또는 상기 fumC를 함유하는 재조합벡터를 숙신산 생성 미생물에 도입하여 수득되는 숙신산 생산용 재조합 미생물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 숙신산 생성 미생물은 맨하이미아 속인 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 미생물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 숙신산 생성 미생물은 아세트산 생성회로, 젖산 생성회로, 포름산 생성회로, 에탄올 생성회로 및 옥살로아세트산 생성회로로 구성된 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 회로가 차단된 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 미생물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 맨하이미아 sp. LPK, LPK4 및 LPK7로 구성된 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 재조합 미생물.
- 제7항의 재조합 미생물을 배양한 다음, 상기 재조합 미생물의 배양액으로부터 숙신산을 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 숙신산의 제조방법.
- 서열번호 4의 아미노산 서열을 가지고, 사과산을 푸마르산으로 전환하는 활성을 가지는 푸마레이트 하이드라타제(fumarate hydratase) C 존재하에 사과산을 푸마레이트로 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 푸마레이트의 제조방법.
