- 내부 전극을 가지지 아니하고 관 내에 수은과 알곤 가스를 봉입하고 관 내의 자외선을 관 밖으로 방출하도록 석영 관으로 지은 방전관과;상기 방전관의 양측 끝에 외측으로 열리게 관 내에 설치한 전계 유도 전극 홀더와;상기 방전관의 외부에서 방전관 양측 끝의 홀더에 삽입되고 고 전압이 인가되어 상기 방전관 양측에 전계를 유도하고 방전관 내에 진공방전을 일으키는 전계유도 전극을;포함하여 구성하는 전계 자외선 방전등.

- 석영 관을 일정한 길이로 절단하는 단계;석영 전극 홀더를 제작하는 단계;전극홀더 결합부 조성을 위해 석영관 양측 끝의 관경을 수축시키는 단계;석영 관 양측 끝 결합부에 전극 홀더를 삽입하고 녹여 붙이는 단계;석영 관 내부를 진공으로 조성하고 수은과 알곤 가스를 봉입하는 단계를;포함하는 전계 자외선 방전등의 제조방법.
