Claims (9)
- 다수의 관통구멍이 격벽을 사이에 두고 길이방향으로 병설된 허니컴 유닛이 시일재층을 개재하여 복수개 결속된 허니컴 구조체로서,상기 허니컴 유닛은 적어도 세라믹 입자와, 무기 섬유, 위스커, 또는 무기 섬유 및 위스커를 함유하고,상기 허니컴 유닛의 길이방향에 수직인 단면에 있어서의 단면적이 5㎠ 이상 50㎠ 이하이고,상기 허니컴 유닛의 외주벽의 열전도율 및 두께를 각각 κf(W/mK) 및 df(mm) 로 하고,상기 시일재층의 열전도율 및 두께를 각각 κc(W/mK) 및 dc(mm) 로 하고,상기 외주벽과 상기 시일재층을 합한 층의 열전도율 및 두께를 각각 κ(W/mK) 및 d(mm) 로 한 경우에, 식0.5≤κ/d×(dc/κc+df/κf)≤1을 만족하는 상기 외주벽과 상기 시일재층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,길이방향에 수직인 단면에 있어서의 단면적에 대하여, 길이방향에 수직인 단면에 있어서의 상기 허니컴 유닛의 단면적의 총합이 차지하는 비율은 85% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,외주면에 코팅재층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 입자는 알루미나, 실리카, 지르코니아, 티타니아, 세리아, 멀라이트 및 제올라이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 무기 섬유, 위스커, 또는 무기 섬유 및 위스커가 알루미나, 실리카, 탄화규소, 실리카-알루미나, 유리, 티탄산칼륨 및 붕산알루미늄으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 허니컴 유닛은 상기 세라믹 입자와, 상기 무기 섬유, 위스커, 또는 무기 섬유 및 위스커와, 무기 바인더를 포함하는 혼합물을 사용하여 제조되고 있고, 상기 무기 바인더는 알루미나졸, 실리카졸, 티타니아졸, 물유리, 세피오라이트 및 애터풀자이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,촉매 성분이 담지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 촉매 성분은 귀금속, 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속 및 산화물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,차량의 배기가스 정화에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 허니컴 구조체.
