Claims (8)
- 전기 전원을 사용하는 광학적 눈부심 제한기로서, 수광 소자(4) 및 광원(2)으로 이뤄지고, 광원(2)의 방사 광(13)이 외부 눈부심 광원(18)의 방사 광에 따라 다르게 제어될 수 있는 광학적 눈부심 제한기에 있어서,상기 광원(2)이 반사기(3) 및 프리즘(1')을 구비하고, 상기 방사 광(13)이 완전히 반사 면에 입사되어 상기 반사 면으로부터 반사된 방사 광이 시야(12, 14)에서 눈부심 작용을 감소시키도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 눈부심 제한기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프리즘(1')이 상기 프리즘(1')의 전방에 확산기(1, 8)를 포함하고, 상기 반사기(3)가 비대칭적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 눈부심 제한기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확산기(1, 8)가 광원(2)의 방사 광(13)의 20 % 내지 80 %를 흡착하는 오팔 디스크인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 눈부심 제한기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 프리즘(1')이 톱니의 형태로 형성되어 반대 방향으로 배치된 종 방향 프리즘(19)으로서 구성되고, 상기 종 방향 프리즘(19)은 광원(2)의 방사 광을 휘도가 동일한 2개의 광속으로 굴절시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 눈부심 제한기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수광 소자(4)가 상기 외부 눈부심 광원(18)의 방사 광의 세기에 따라 재현할 수 있는 충분한 크기로 그 전기적 출력량을 변경할 수 있는 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 눈부심 제한기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수광 소자(4)가 광 다이오드, 광 트랜지스터, 광 저항, 광/주파수 변환기, 광/전압 변환기, 형광 컬렉터, 또는 태양 전지 스트립인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 눈부심 제한기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광원(2)이 그 스펙트럼이 가시 광선 구역에 있고, 방사된 광 에너지에 의해 자동차 실내를 균일하게 조명하면서 사람 눈을 평균적 휘도 수준에 적응시키며, 백열등 또는 알루미늄-인듐-갈륨-인산 염 발광 다이오드와 같은 발광 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 눈부심 제한기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학적 눈부심 제한기가 가능한 한 넓은 면적에 걸쳐 균일하게 시야를 조명하도록 자동차에 배치되고, 그를 위해 선회되거나 또는 접힘과 펴짐이 가능하게 자동차의 선바이저에, 그리고 차량 운전자의 시선 축에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적 눈부심 제한기.
