Claims (8)
- 기판을 반송 라인을 따라 반입 측에서 반출 측으로 일 방향으로 이동시키면서, 편광판의 분리형 시트를 박리하여 점착층을 노출시키고, 상기 기판에 상기 편광판을 부착하고,상기 편광판의 장착면의, 상기 기판의 이동 방향과 평행한, 수평면이 경사진 상태에서 상기 기판에 편광판이 부착되며,편광판을 상기 기판에 부착하는 시점에, 상기 편광판의 단부 부분이 고정된 상태에서 상기 편광판이 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판에 편광판을 부착하기 위한 방법.

- 기판을 반입 측에서 반출 측으로 일 방향으로 이동시키는 반송 라인;편광판을 고정시키는 편광판 부착 유닛; 및상기 고정된 편광판의 표면에 사전에 점착된 분리형 시트를 박리하기 위한 박리 유닛을 포함하는, 기판에 편광판을 부착하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 편광판 부착 유닛은 상기 반송 라인에 설정된 부착 포지션에서 기판에 대해 상기 편광판을 압축하는 부착 로울러를 구비하여 상기 편광판을 기판 상에 부착시키고,상기 편광판의 이동에 추종하여 이동하면서 편광판의 단부 부분을 고정하는 기구가 포함되며,상기 편광판 부착 유닛은 상기 편광판의 장착면의 상기 기판의 이동 방향에 평행한 수평면을, 상기 기판에 편광판을 부착할 때 경사지게 하는 장착면 경사 기구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판을 기판에 부착하기 위한 장치.

- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 부착 로울러가 로울러 지지체에 의해 회전 가능하게 지지되고, 상기 로울러 지지체는 구동기에 의해 승강되는 승강 박스내에 완충재를 매개하여 지지됨을 특징으로 하는 편광판을 기판에 부착하기 위한 장치.
- 제4항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 부착 로울러에 대향하는 위치에, 상기 부착 로울러와 함께 상기 기판을 협지하기 위한 압축 로울러 기구가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 편광판을 기판에 부착하기 위한 장치.
