Claims (11)
- 중공 회전자 샤프트(3)와,회전자 샤프트(3)의 일단부로부터 회전자 샤프트(3) 내로 삽입되어 회전자 샤프트(3)의 타단부에 연결되는 출력 샤프트(T)와,출력 샤프트(T) 상에 작용하는 토크에 따라서 변하는 출력 샤프트(T)의 비틀림 각도를 검출하는 검출 장치(K1, K2)를 포함하고,상기 출력 샤프트(T)의 외주연 주위에 탄성 부재(70)가 제공되는 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 검출 장치(K1, K2)는 출력 샤프트(T)의 일단부의 회전 각도를 검출하는 제1 회전 각도 검출 장치(K1) 그리고 출력 샤프트(T)의 타단부의 회전 각도를 검출하는 제2 회전 각도 검출 장치(K2)로 형성되는 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출력 샤프트(T)는 비틀림 바인 모터.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄성 부재(70)의 외주연이 회전자 샤프트(3)의 내주연과 접촉 상태에 있는 모터.
- 축과 차체 중 하나에 연결된 나사 너트(11)와,나사 너트(11) 내에 회전 가능하게 나사 고정된 나사 샤프트(12)와,축과 차체 중 다른 하나에 연결되며 나사 샤프트(12)의 회전이 전달되는 모터(M1)를 포함하고,상기 모터(M1)는,중공 회전자 샤프트(3)와, 회전자 샤프트(3) 내로 삽입되어 그 일단부가 회전자 샤프트(3)에 연결되며 그 타단부가 나사 샤프트(12)에 연결되는 출력 샤프트(T)와, 출력 샤프트(T) 상에 작용하는 토크에 따라 변하는 출력 샤프트(T)의 비틀림 각도를 검출하는 검출 장치(K1, K2)를 구비하고,상기 출력 샤프트(T)의 외주연 주위에 탄성 부재(70)가 제공되는 댐퍼.
- 제6항에 있어서, 검출 장치(K1, K2)는 출력 샤프트(T)의 일단부의 회전 각도를 검출하는 제1 회전 각도 검출 장치(K1) 그리고 출력 샤프트(T)의 타단부의 회전 각도를 검출하는 제2 회전 각도 검출 장치(K2)로 형성되는 댐퍼.
- 제6항에 있어서, 출력 샤프트(T)는 비틀림 바인 댐퍼.
- 삭제
- 제6항에 있어서, 탄성 부재(70)의 외주연이 회전자 샤프트(3)의 내주연과 접촉 상태에 있는 댐퍼.
- 제6항에 있어서, 출력 샤프트(T) 및 나사 샤프트(12)는 출력 샤프트(T)에 대한 나사 샤프트(12)의 변위를 가능하게 하는 커플링(30)을 통해 연결되는 댐퍼.
