Claims (15)
- 이온 전도성 고분자; 및광산발생제(photoacid generator)의 광조사 결과물을 포함하며,상기 광산발생제가하기 화학식 1의 디페닐요도늄-5-하이드록시나프탈렌-1-술포네이트(Diphenyliodonium-5-hydroxynaphthalene-1-sulfonate), 하기 화학식 2의 디메틸(4,7-디하이드록시나프탈렌)술포늄-p-톨루엔술포네이트(Dimethyl(4,7-dihydroxynaphthalene)sulfonium-p-toluenesulfonate), 하기 화학식 3의 디페닐요도늄 9,10-디메톡시안트라센-2-술포네이트, 하기 화학식 4의 p-니트로벤질 9,10-디메톡시안트라센-2-술포네이트, 하기 화학식 5 내지 7의 화합물, 비스(사이클로헥실술포닐)디아조메탄, 트리페닐술포늄-p-톨루엔 술포네이트, 트리페닐술포늄 사이클로헥산설파메이트 또는 그 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질막.[화학식 1][화학식 2][화학식 3][화학식 4][화학식 5][화학식 6][화학식 7]
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이온 전도성 고분자가 폴리이미드, 폴리비닐알콜, 불소화된 폴리머, 비닐리덴플루오라이드-헥사플루오로프로필렌 코폴리머, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광산발생제가 술포늄염과 술포닐기중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 작용기를 함유하는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질막.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광산발생제의 광조사 결과물의 함량이 이온 전도성 고분자 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 0.5 내지 90 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질막.
- (a) 이온 전도성 고분자, 광산발생제 및 용매를 혼합하여 전해질 형성용 조성물을 얻는 단계;(b) 상기 전해질 형성용 조성물을 도포하는 단계;(c) 상기 결과물에 광을 조사하는 단계; 및(d) 광조사된 결과물을 열처리하는 단계를 포함하며,이온 전도성 고분자; 및 광산발생제(photoacid generator)의 광조사 결과물을 포함하는 고분자 전해질막을 얻고,상기 광산발생제가,하기 화학식 1의 디페닐요도늄-5-하이드록시나프탈렌-1-술포네이트(Diphenyliodonium-5-hydroxynaphthalene-1-sulfonate), 하기 화학식 2의 디메틸(4,7-디하이드록시나프탈렌)술포늄-p-톨루엔술포네이트(Dimethyl(4,7-dihydroxynaphthalene)sulfonium-p-toluenesulfonate), 하기 화학식 3의 디페닐요도늄 9,10-디메톡시안트라센-2-술포네이트, 하기 화학식 4의 p-니트로벤질 9,10-디메톡시안트라센-2-술포네이트, 하기 화학식 5 내지 7의 화합물, 비스(사이클로헥실술포닐)디아조메탄, 트리페닐술포늄-p-톨루엔 술포네이트, 트리페닐술포늄 사이클로헥산설파메이트 또는 그 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질막의 제조방법.[화학식 1][화학식 2][화학식 3][화학식 4][화학식 5][화학식 6][화학식 7]
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계 이전에, 60 내지 110℃에서 예비 열처리 단계를 더 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질막의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계에서 350 내지 450nm 파장의 광을 사용하고, 광조사량은 200 내지 50,000 mj/cm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질막의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 광산발생제의 함량은 이온 전도성 고분자 100 중량부에 대하여 0.5 내지 90 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질막의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈, 디메틸포름아미드, 디메틸설폭사이드, N,N'-디메틸아세트아미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상이고,상기 용매의 함량은 이온 전도성 고분자 100 중량부에 대하여 30 내지 95 중 량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질막의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 단계에서 열처리 온도는 120 내지 200℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질막의 제조방법.
- 캐소드;애노드;및상기 캐소드와 애노드 사이에 개재된 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제5항의 고분자 전해질막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드가 백금담지카본촉매를 포함하는 촉매층을 포함하고, 상기 애노드가 백금-루테늄 담지카본촉매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
- 이온 전도성 고분자; 및광산발생제(photoacid generator)의 광조사 결과물을 포함하며,상기 이온 전도성 고분자가 폴리이미드, 폴리비닐알콜, 불소화된 폴리머, 비닐리덴플루오라이드-헥사플루오로프로필렌 코폴리머, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질막.
- 캐소드;애노드;및상기 캐소드와 애노드 사이에 개재된 제14항의 고분자 전해질막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지.
