Claims (6)
- 판유리(8)를 에어 부상시키기 위해 에어를 토출시키는 에어토출판(11)을 갖는 에어챔버(12)와, 이 에어챔버(12)로 에어를 공급하는 에어토출팬(13)이 설치된 팬하우징(14)을 구비한 에어토출기(10):상기 에어토출기(10)의 외주면 인접부에 설치되어 판유리(8)를 소정방향으로 이송시키는 복수의 롤러(22)가 구비된 롤러이송기(20); 및상기 에어토출기(10)의 중앙부에 배치되어 롤러이송기(20) 상에 놓여있는 판유리(8)를 제자리 회전시키도록 지지대(31) 상면에 배치되며 승강로드(32a)를 갖는 승강실린더(32)와 상기 승강로드(32a)의 선단부에 일체로 연결되는 승강판(33)과 상기 승강판(33)과 일체형으로 결합되어 승강되고 회전축(34a)을 갖는 터닝모터(34) 및 상기 회전축(34a) 선단부에 결합되고 그 상면에는 흡착공(35a)이 형성되며 저면에 진공호스(36)가 연결되어 있는 턴테이블(35)을 구비한 터닝기(30)를 포함하여 구성되는 판유리 방향전환장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 롤러이송기(20)의 외주면 인접부 중 판유리(8) 진입 및 배출방향 측에 에어토출기(10)의 테두리를 벗어난 판유리(8)의 저면을 에어 지지하기 위한 보조에어토출기(40)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 판유리 방향전환장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 보조에어토출기(40)는,상면에 복수의 보조에어토출공(41)을 갖는 보조에어토출판(41);상기 보조에어토출판(41)의 저면에 설치되는 보조에어챔버(42); 및상기 보조에어챔버(42)와 에어토출기(10)의 팬하우징(14) 사이에 배치되어 에어토출팬(13)으로부터 토출되는 에어를 상방으로 안내하는 보조에어안내부(43);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판유리 방향전환장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 보조에어토출기(40)의 상면 양단부에는 에어토출기(10) 상으로 진입 및 배출되는 판유리(8)가 측방으로 벗어나는 것을 방지하기 위해 판유리(8)보다 높게 돌출된 이탈방지부재(44)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 판유리 방향전환장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 이탈방지부재(44)는 보조에어토출기(40)의 상면 양단부에서 상방으로 연장 돌출되는 직립축(44a)과, 이 직립축(44a)의 외주면에 축착되 는 회전롤러(44b)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 판유리 방향전환장치.
