Claims (7)
- 라디칼 중합된 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산의 C1 내지 C4 알킬 에스테르 30 내지 80중량%와 알킬 잔기에 3급 아미노 그룹을 갖는 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 70 내지 20중량%로 이루어진 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체를 용융시키는 단계(a)[여기서, (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체는 1:1 내지 1:20 비율의 가소제와 건조제 1 내지 70중량%와 혼합된 상태로 존재하고, 당해 혼합물에는 가소제가 1중량% 이상의 함량으로 존재하며, 이형제가 0.05 내지 5중량%의 함량으로 존재하고, 추가의 표준 첨가제 또는 보조제와, 필요한 경우, 약제학적 활성 성분이 또한 존재할 수 있고, 혼합물이 용융되기 전에 120℃에서의 증기압이 1.9bar 이상인 저비점 성분이 0.5중량% 이상의 함량으로 존재한다],혼합물을 열가소성 조건하에 120℃ 이상의 온도에서 탈기시켜 120℃에서의 증기압이 1.9bar 이상인 저비점 성분의 함량을 0.5중량% 이하로 저하시키는 단계(b) 및용융되고 탈기된 혼합물을 사출 성형 다이의 금형 공동(이의 온도는 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체의 유리전이온도 보다 10℃ 이상 낮다)으로 사출시키고, 용융 혼합물을 냉각시킨 다음, 수득한 성형품을 금형으로부터 분리하는 단계(c)를 포함하는, 사출 성형법에 의한 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탈기 단계(b)가, 탈기 영역을 갖는 압출기를 사용하여 압출 건조시키거나 사출 성형 다이 상부의 사출 성형 실린더 속에 탈기 개구부를 갖는 사출 성형 시스템을 사용하여 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 따르는 방법으로 제조할 수 있는 사출 성형품.
- 제3항에 있어서, ISO 179에 따르는 충격 강도가 1.5kJ/m2 이상임을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 캡슐, 캡슐의 일부분 또는 용량 단위의 일부분임을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 약제학적 활성 성분을 함유하는 성형품.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 약제학적 활성 성분용 용기 또는 비히클로서 유용한 성형품.
